Slide open the balcony doors to enjoy crisp mountain air. The kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances for preparing meals, and there’s a dining table for gathering at the end of the day. WiFi is provided to keep everyone connected. Bedrooms are split between the first and second floors for added privacy, and each floor has bathroom access. Shared laundry facilities are available in the building.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: 1 assigned underground space (Space #31; garage clearance 7'2"). 1 additional vehicle may park in any unreserved space underground or outside on a first-come, first-served basis. No extra parking beyond what’s described.
• Communal amenities: Outdoor spa and a swimming pool (pool is summer-only). Amenity availability may be limited or closed until further notice. Each building has shared laundry facilities.
• Stairs: This home has stairs.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly per HOA rules. Please no pets; evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning charges.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• If you’re interested in early check-in or late checkout, requests must be received by 10:00 AM the day prior, are based on availability, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60 depending on hours requested.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
