Il Monache è tranquillamente arroccato sulla collina che domina il Villaggio di Mammoth. In fondo alle scale ci sono navette, negozi e la gondola. È il più nuovo e lussuoso hotel Starchitect a Mammoth. Deluxe Studio Condo # 234 offre viste tranquille, un letto king size Heavenly, vasca idromassaggio e angolo cottura. Si trova dall'altra parte della sala rispetto alla piscina e al ponte spa (fare uno spuntino o bere). L'hotel offre parcheggio sotterraneo, caffè gratuito (lobby) e ospita il famoso ristorante e bar "Whitebark".

Parcheggia la tua auto solo una volta e rilassati nell'incantevole scenario di montagna. In inverno o in estate da questa fantastica località, tutto è letteralmente a pochi passi: negozi, ristorante, gondola, pista ciclabile, tennis, golf e parchi (è senza dubbio la migliore posizione in città). Quando soffre di neve e il vento ulula, resta dentro, bevi una tazza di cioccolata calda o tè nell'atrio o nella spaziosa hall e goditi il cibo gourmet (colazione, pranzo e cena) nel famoso bar e ristorante dell'hotel, il "Whitebark" . Il Monache prende il nome dalla tribù Mono Indiana locale di fronte a una delle cupole della Caldera della Long Valley (lo si può vedere dallo studio n. 234). È una delle calderas più grandi della terra e una vista caratteristica di Mammoth e Mono County. Altre caratteristiche e servizi del Deluxe Studio Condo # 234: letto king size con materasso pillow top, TV a schermo piatto 37 ", divano con letto estraibile full size, angolo cottura (macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno a microonde e mini-frigo), stato di il caminetto a gas dal design contemporaneo, caffè e cioccolata calda nella hall, wifi gratuito (senza supplemento resort), ristorante interno, a pochi passi dalla gondola, "Village", negozi e vari ristoranti, parcheggio sotterraneo (parcheggiatore disponibile), quattro piscina salina riscaldata di stagione, due spa adiacenti e piastrelle riscaldate, ampia palestra / palestra, TV con Blueray e streaming e opere d'arte dell'artista locale di Los Angeles Alex Stenzel.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Hotel is in a central location, and check in could not have been easier. Instructions were clear and communication with the host was excellent. The fireplace is one of the best parts of this condo! We will be back!

A few things we loved: deep bathtub, hotel feel with a kitchen, central air, exceptionally quiet, & walking to amazing restaurants (Shelter Distillery was our fav) this trip. The only bummer was the jacuzzi/whirlpool was out of order. The host was very responsive with detailed info on check in/chexkmoit.

Awesome experience! My brother and i visited the week of Halloween. Check in was super easy. Once you get the door code from the host you just go straight to the condo and pick up the keycard and parking permit. The location was great with many restaurants and shops nearby. The room felt warm and cozy. The bathroom was spacious and came stocked with plenty of supplies. The host was great and checked up on us mid stay to see if we needed restocking of any supplies. I would love to stay again!

Communication with Property Mgr and checking process very good. What could be improved: 1) Provide New Toilet Paper roll and extra. 2) Provide paper towels in the kitchen.3) provide dishwasher soap (none available). 4) Provide decent table ware, 5) Provide light bulb for all lamps. In general the condo is way too clutter and dark.

We had difficulty checking in as the owner did not answer our calls. We had to contact the VRBO representative, who was able to get us help so ultimately, we were able to enter the unit. The unit was minimally supplied. The switch on both bedside lamps did not work. The toilet got plugged and we had to wait 12 hours to get it fixed.

Right across the street from The Village, so a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and comfortable, and it was nice having the small fridge to keep our waters cold. Access to the hot tub, pool, and fitness center were conveniently located on the same floor right down the hallway. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Having alway wanted to get to Mammoth to ski, this was our first time. The drive was very challenging coming from the north with 395 shut down because of a massive slide - took 10 hours! But as they say, the effort was worth it. The property is ideally located and the amenities are top notch. The weather wasn’t great but no matter, a good work out in the little gym followed by a few laps in the regulation length pool then a lovely hot tub in the snow….. ahhhh! Finally was able to ski after the weather broke and it was awesome…expensive, but awesome! Best thing I can say, we will definitely come back! J

Loved the instructions and when I had a couple questions the owners were more than generous to answer them! I have to say the unit was perfect! It had a lot of nice touches (earplugs!!), nice towels, nice sheets, hot chocolate, etc. the kitchen had everything we needed (and more). Everything worked and we enjoyed being so close (just feet) from the pool and gym as well as close to the elevator (but not next to it). Great spot! The only thing — and this has NOTHING to do with the owners - but fair warning…. If you have an SUV with a box on top of your car you CAN get into the parking garage but your parking options are limited. You can get into most spots on the first lower level (a couple I couldn’t), do not go lower than that. The garage isn’t marked that the clearance drops (or not clearly). And valet isn’t an option - just be careful. We were back and forth a lot and there was not parking. I ended up parking in the lot across the village - not a far walk and it’s actually really nice to walk through the village. But you have to pay. Thank you for the great stay!

My husband and I loved our 3 night stay! We would highly recommend staying here. It’s a short walk to the gondola, shops, and restaurants. The view was nice and it was very quiet and relaxing.

The room was just fine and we appreciate all the extra touches. It’s was convenient to be walking distance to the village. So now the Not so pleasant part. Although they mention there MIGHT be some renovations in the hotel or in our floor and it may not affect us sounded like it was minor. In case there are not aware the complete 2 floor is a construction zone and unsafe especially with small children. My 3 year step on NAILS lucky he wasn’t injured. This type of construction needs to me part of their description during booking as it Definitely affected our stay. There was trash and unsafe material in front of our door. It’s hard for me to believe that the Westin or the owners would even allow people to walk in these conditions. We reached out to the host about our issues and unfortunately they never responded. Very disappointed not to receive an apology.

The studio condo is perfect!!! The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was like a day at the spa. The pool and hot tub was just down the hall. I can’t wait to stay again next season. The place had everything you need for a weekend trip to mammoth

Location of resort is steps away from a scenic Gondola ride to the lifts. The kitchen is perfect for dining in. The fireplace gives the room a ski challet feeling. The room is comfortable and clean and is equipped with everything you need for a weekend ski get away.

Alex is a great host; prompt responses and his place has all you need! Great location, walking distance to everything or can take free Mammoth shuttle. My husband and is never drove the car after parking! Perfect place for couples and access to the gym is a huge. bonus, we would love to come back!
