Walkable to Canyon Lodge! Silver Bear 23

Walking distance to Canyon Lodge and just steps to the shuttle stop, this 2 bed/2bath, updated condo is perfect for your next mountain vacation! Walk to Canyon and enjoy a fun day on the slopes, the après ski party or take the free Gondola to The Village for shopping and restaurants. This complex offers underground parking, elevator, a fire pit and 2 spas.

Enjoy the bright & open living space or sit by the fireplace for a cozy night in. Come make memories at Silver Bear 23!

The Space:
This fully furnished condo features a bright and open living room with fireplace and television, full kitchen with bar seating and breakfast nook, offering plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals at home.

You'll enjoy two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and large closet, and is adjacent to a fully upgraded bathroom. The other spacious bedroom has two queen size beds, a closet and bathroom. This bathroom features a bathtub and double vanity.

This unit has a free, in-unit laundry machine to cover your laundry needs. We also offer free, 1GB high speed wifi (best available in this area!), smart TV with Netflix, and fun games to enjoy with friends and family.

The recreation center in the complex has 1 small pool, 2 spas, a fire pit, bbq, indoor recreation area with foosball table, couches and bathroom.

You'll have one assigned parking space in the covered garage and can park one more vehicle in the front lot on a first come first served basis. The shuttle stop to get into town is 60 ft away from the building entrance. Canyon Lodge is less than a 5 minute walk.

Great condo steps away from Canyon Lodge. Very clean and nice setup especially the living room/kitchen/dining area perfect for our family of 4. The view outside of the living room was beautiful with all the snow falling. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The host was very easy to communicate with and was kind enough to let us check in a bit early due to a snowstorm when we arrived. Appreciate the covered garage especially with all the snow we received. The only minor issue was the timeliness of the snow removal from the driveway and entry way of the complex which is not the fault of the host but an issue with the management company for the condo. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back next year!

This was a great condo in walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Loved that it had some condiments and spices for cooking. The condo was clean, well kept and cozy. Would definitely stay here again. The owner even left us pasta for dinner which we certainly ate.

Great condo in an excellent location. Easily walkable to Canyon and the town trolley stop is in front of the building next door. Very clean condo, tastefully updated, quiet building, fully equipped kitchen, room to store ski equipment. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others looking for a ski weekend.

Convenient location near Canyon lodge

2 night stay in March. Positives are responsiveness of owner and resourcefulness. Well-stocked kitchen with all the necessities. Spacious and comfortable beds. The only drawback was neighbor noise and footsteps above easily audible. Otherwise, walking distance to lodge and covered parking were perks!

Great unit and location!

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful time staying here on recent ski trip to Mammoth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to Canyon Lodge. The bedrooms are so cozy and beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living room are spacious and clean. The pasta gift left by the hosts was so thoughtful. We definitely would stay here again on any future trips.

Best place to stay at Mammoth

We enjoyed staying this property. It was clean and everything you need for cooking in a kitchen was there. The owner even left pasta and pasta sauce for dinner to us!! The location of the property was great. It is only 5 minutes away from Canyon Lodge on foot. We had a ski trip as a group of friends for the last several years around this time and this is the best property we stayed for this price range.

Great place to stay

Not only did the unit have a excellent location, it also was the most well stocked unit we have ever stayed in. Would recommend this unit to everyone wanting to stay in very comfortable and clean unit.

Cozy and close

Very close to Canyon lodge, it's a 6 minute walk. Access to chair 7, 8, 16, 17. The unit was very comfortable and the host was very quick to respond in the evening. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and not very lengthy. I would stay here again for a future trip!

Fantastic Ski Condo

Place was great with a super short walk to the lifts and lodge. I stayed with my son only, but this place can accommodate larger groups for sure. Owners were super helpful and responsive and even allowed me to keep my car longer on the checkout day rather than struggling to find street parking after a partial day skiing. We will be back!

Easy Riding

The unit was clean, convenient to canyon lodge (short walk to slopes) and the owners were very responsive. Well appointed and comfortable, the unit had all we needed for two kids and three adults! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect stay

Owners are super responsive. Lovely condo with everything you need. The owners obviously love this place and equip it as if they themselves are staying there. The kitchen is well stocked including ziplock bags, spices, plenty of dishes, glasses, etc... all in good condition. The place is so quiet and has a lovely view of the pine trees out the big bright windows. Not staring back at condos like some units. We enjoyed our stay.

We love thIs building and this unit is nicely updated. The location is great, just a few steps from Canyon. It is also really nice that there are some condiments available so you don’t have to pack your entire kitchen to cook a meal. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Condo near Canyon Lodge

I hate to say this so more people don't book (sorry Noelle!) but this place was awesome! Perfect and spacious for our family of 4. Prime location with easy walk to Canyon Lodge (and that's with 4 and 6 yr olds). The entire place was comfy from beds to couch. Kitchen was fully stocked. Parking was easy with plenty of room in the parking space for our large SUV. Lastly, Noelle was super easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. If I had to nitpick I would say only negatives would be no balcony (which I knew ahead of time) and the hot tubs could use a little better maintenance but these were so minor that they definitely don't take down from 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect!

I cannot rate this condo highly enough. The unit is nicely decorated, comfortable, and located very close to Canyon Lodge. The beds are comfortable, the condo is cozy, and it had everything we needed (cooked several meals there). The underground parking with elevator access made coming and going a breeze, which was a huge help because everything is harder in the snow and with toddlers. The hosts are great communicators. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to stay here again.

Great place to stay!

This condo was clean and spacious well stocked with everything you could need. The owners refunded 1 night stay due to 395 being closed and we could not gain access, all without me asking. Awesome hosts! I will be coming back again.
