Waterfront 5BR Villa near English Harbour | Private Pool & AC

  • Enjoy waterfront living on Mamora Bay near English Harbour, with a private pool, games room and space for families and smaller groups to spread out. New for 2026: The Seahouse now has air conditioning. Rates include up to six guests, with an additional charge for larger groups. Five ensuite bedrooms, a full kitchen and indoor-outdoor living make relaxed family stays easy. Wake to sunrise over the bay, dine on the terrace and explore nearby sandy beaches. A local house manager is available.

    New to Vrbo, but already loved by guests — rated 10/10 from our first three verified stays.

    THE SPACE
    The house gives families and smaller groups space to spread out, with two living areas, a full kitchen, dining area, five bedrooms and a games room, so there is room to gather and room to retreat. It also accommodates larger groups of up to 12 guests. Each of the five bedrooms has its own ensuite full bathroom, and there are two additional WCs/half baths for the shared living areas. Bedrooms include two king rooms, two rooms with two double beds each, and a bunk room with two bunk beds. Outdoors, enjoy the terrace, private garden, pool, BBQ and waterfront setting.

    GUEST ACCESS
    Guests have the entire home, pool, terrace, garden, games room, laundry area and parking. The final access road is rough and steep in places, so a high-clearance 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended, especially after rain. Guests who arrive in the right vehicle and use the supplied directions usually find it straightforward. Please save the directions before travelling and contact the local house manager if you are unsure on arrival day.

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    The waterfront is a rugged natural shoreline for sea dips, kayaking, snorkelling and paddleboarding; it is not a sandy beach or sunbathing beach. Boat guests may be able to moor in Mamora Bay and tender across in suitable conditions. There is no private dock or marina service, so mooring and tendering remain the guest's responsibility. Save arrival directions before travelling.

    Beautiful Property w/Stunning View

    My husband & I took our college daughter & her friend on their Spring Break. We booked this beautiful property with stunning views on the water. The home is very very clean, well maintained & decor was beautiful. Everything you need is there, even spices to cook. I would absolutely get a 4x4 car as the road, like all roads in Antigua, is a dirt road. It’s not a must but recommended. We would absolutely stay here again. Tai the owner answers all your questions in a timely matter. He even sends you recommendations in a PDF form. I highly suggest going to Cloggy’s for dinner. Sean the property manager is great to help with anything you need or to answer questions on a day to day basis. Book it you wont regret it!

    Amazing stay at The Sea House

    We were two families with kids ages 8-14 who were first time Antigua visitors and thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Sea House. It’s in a wonderful location with the best sunrises on the island. Yes, it is a bit remote (and on a dirt road), but that is what we were looking for. Getting to town was only about a 12 minute drive once we mastered the best path. From The Sea House, we explored many beaches and activities, including sting rays, Devils Bridge, zip lining, the west coast, all of Falmouth and English Harbours, etc. It was a wonderful time. We cooked breakfast at the house to start each day, we swam, fished from the beach/jetty and just enjoyed every moment of our time there. It was really hard to leave. The house is well appointed and thought out. Sean is an absolute gem and a great island resource. Tai is a wonderful owner with great communication. They made the whole process easy peasy. I would go back in a heartbeat. Book it, you won’t regret it.

    Antigua and Sea House, you did not disappoint!!!!

    The Sea House came as advertised. What an unbelievable view, the accommodations were top-notch. The decorating, couches, ice machine, filtered water on both floors, everything about the place was unbelievable. Including the incredible supply of herbs and spices. We had a total of 12 guests with plenty of space. Adult to age 11. The kids had a blast at the pool, playing billiards, and all the other games that they provided. Also the snorkel gear and coolers that you get to use is just going above and beyond and thinking of everything. Spent two days at the property just enjoying the pool and views, while the rest of our time venturing out to different beaches and adventures. We got a private chef one night. That was an absolute treat. He loved cooking at the house. Sean, the house manager was on it. Anything we needed or had a question about he was right there to help. Tai was super prompt in responding to any questions that we had. Antigua roads are not the best. And the road into the property is a bit rural. I would recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle, We did a jeep and it was bouncy. I would recommend just a regular four-wheel-drive. It takes about 6 to 7 minutes to get through the rough drive. By day two I didn’t care because the home is so spectacular and Antigua is just amazing.
