The terrace overlooking the sea is the ideal place for your romantic evenings, either on the comfortable outdoor sofa or at the table, where you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast. The sea breeze and the waves will witness your wonderful vacation.

The apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building with an elevator. It stands out for its modern and charming style, with everything you need at hand. Everything is located in a large shared and air-conditioned space: the dining area next to the terrace with breathtaking views, the living room with Smart TV, the modern kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, and the bedroom area with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower. In the accommodation, you will also find a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a cot and a highchair in case you travel with your baby.

S'Illot is a charming beach town, belonging to the municipality of Manacor. The incredible sandy beach is just a step away from the apartment. The area offers everything you need for an independent stay such as shops, bars, restaurants, etc. You can spend a different day practicing golf, the closest golf course being Son Servera, just 13.3 km away.

Alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment erfüllt alle Wünsche und ist so schön wie abgebildet. Die Agentur ist sehr professionell und Anfragen während unseres Aufenthalts wurden immer sofort beantwortet. Wir haben ein paar Kleinigkeiten gemeldet, die defekt waren (Stichwort Abnutzung), aber das Apartment ist trotzdem in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Kaution wurde uns wenige Tage später nach Abreise wieder erstattet. Einen Stern Abzug hätte ich fast beim "Check In Vorgang" gegeben, aber das erschien mir zu drastisch. Das Thema Schlüsselkasten war für uns nicht ganz verständlich geschildert. Daher der Hinweis für alle nachfolgenden Mieter: In einem der drei Schlüsselkästen unten am Hauseingang befindet sich nur der Schlüssel für die Tür des Hauses. Wir hatten an den anderen Kästen noch herumprobiert weil wir dort noch den Schlüssel zur Wohnung erwartet hatten. Der Schlüssel zur Wohnung befindet sich aber dann oben direkt an der Wohnungstür im Haus. Die Wohnungstür befindet sich noch ein paar Treppenstufen höher, nachdem man mit dem Aufzug ganz heraufgefahren ist.

Klein aber fein.

Der Anfang war leider nicht so prickelnd. Die spanische Agentur war telefonisch nie zu erreichen (nur via Email), die Penetration von Zahlungsaufforderungen und Zahlungsanweisungen hatte mehr den Character einer Kreditagentur, keine detailierten Informationen über den check in Vorgang und Standort nach Zahlung des Gesamtreisepreises (erst 72Std vor Anreise), Verlegung der check in Zeit 72 Std vor Ankunft von 16:00 Uhr auf 18:45 Uhr (Einigung auf 17:15h), dafür keine Flexibilität bei der Check out Zeit von 10 Uhr, obwohl das Appartment danach zwei Tage leerstand hatte … Wenn man das allerdings überstanden bzw. halbwegs akzeptiert und ausgeblendet hat, steht einem in S‘Illot ein schönes Appartment zur Verfügung. Der Ort ist noch nicht komplett, wie die Nachbarstädte Sa Coma oder Cala Millor, vom Tourismus erschlagen. Die Agenturfotos spiegeln exakt den Zustand der Dachgeschosswohnung wieder. Aussicht und Ausstattung top - ein Liegestuhl wäre noch schön gewesen. Ikeaküche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Smart TV vorhanden, somit kann man über sein eigenes Netflix und Co einloggen (sonst nur ca 14 spanische Sender über Antenne vorhanden). Wenn einem nicht stört, dass das Bett mit einer Decke mittem im Raum steht, das Badezimmer für grössere Menschen etwas klein ist, ist in dem Appartment wirklich gut aufgehoben. Der Ausblick vom Appartment reisst es dann raus und lässt auch die anfänglichen „kommunikationsprobleme“ mit der spanischen Agentur, fast vergessen.
