  • This fantastic 2 storey town house located just 100 metres away from the beach in s'Illot offers accommodation for 6 people to spend a nice vacation by the Mediterranean sea.
    The garden, of a wonderful simplicity and beauty, is the perfect place to relax yourself feeling the sea breeze while chatting with your family by a delicious breakfast at the terrace. You can also bask in the sun on one of the two sun loungers and enjoy the little ones of the family playing and running through the lawn. Later in the morning, you will feel like a short walk to the beach of white sand and crystalline waters, reachable in about 5 minutes on foot.

    The 120 m2 accommodation has a spacious living room open to the dining area, just when you enter. Here, you can watch TV and rest on the sofa admiring the garden views. The kitchen features a gas top, oven and all needed tools as well as a folding table in case you prefer a tea or coffee here in the morning, or to prepare the appetiser to carry to the beach. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board can be found in the laundry room. There are two shower bathrooms, one on each floor. Regarding the bedrooms, you will find 4 in total, all of them with a closet. Two of them come with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and the last one with a single bed and access to a great terrace. The bedrooms upstairs offer a ceiling fan. A cot and a high chair are available in case you travel with your baby.

    S'Illot is a peaceful coastal urbanisation belonging to the municipality of Manacor. It offers beautiful sandy beaches as well as shops, restaurants and much more. It is really a second home with a Mediterranean style in one of the best places of the island. Enjoy your choice where every day will become a new adventure!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen war stets freundlich, schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst ist traumhaft – ein wunderschönes mallorquinisches Haus in Strandnähe. Auch der Ort S’Illot ist sehr empfehlenswert: ruhig, charmant und ideal zum Entspannen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig – für uns drei fast schon zu groß – und daher besonders für größere Gruppen absolut empfehlenswert. Preislich ist es zudem sehr fair. Ein paar kleine Abstriche gibt es bei der Sauberkeit: In der Waschmaschine lag noch Wäsche vom Vorgänger, einige Geräte waren defekt, und Teppiche sowie die Böden in den Bädern hätten etwas gründlicher gereinigt sein können. Alles in allem aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz, tollem Flair und sehr netten Gastgeberinnen. Wir würden sie insgesamt weiterempfehlen – vor allem für Gruppen oder Familien, die das authentische Mallorca erleben möchten.

I have good experience. They always answer very quickly. Accommodation is as you can see in description and on pics. We were able to arrive earlier and check out later than we were supposed to. Thank you for that. Location is perfect as its quiet but very close to the sea and restaurants and shops. (Just lots of mosquitos in the garden in that time-be prepared for that)

Schön aber Luft nach oben

Die Bilder suggerieren ein Modernes Haus. Allerdings ist innen alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und teils sind Dinge kaputt. Zum Beispiel der Regler für einen Deckenventilator. Oder der Bedieneinheit für den Gasherd. Die Sauberkeit war oberflächlich in Ordnung, da man dort aber einige Tage ist, fallen einem über die Zeit immer mehr Stellen auf die man lieber nicht anfassen möchte. Zum Beispiel ungespültes Geschirr im Schrank. Oder Türgriffe die klebrig sind. Da wir aber nicht die allergrößten Ansprüche hatten. Haben wir unseren Urlaub trotzdem sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation vorab und der Check in waren sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist gut man ist in nichteinmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Nachts kann es aufgrund der zentralen Lage auch mal lauter werden. Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus gibt es nicht, es wird an der Straße geparkt. Wenn dort nichts mehr frei ist muss man ein paar Straßen weiter parken und zu Fuß gehen. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus in guter Lage. Solange man kein Luxus 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet.

Der Aufenthalt war allem in allem sehr schön

“Wir waren eine Woche im Haus Penya, das Haus ist noch schöner als wie es auf den Bildern wirkt. Ca. 50 Meter vom Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt wo man alles für das Frühstück bekommt, zum Strand sind es ca. 100 Meter. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse lädt abends zum Stundenlagen sitzen ein.” “Bitte noch der Spülmaschine schauen, Düsen der Reinigungsarme sind verstopft. Der Aufenthalt war allem in allem sehr schön und wir werden den Urlaub nicht vergessen im tollen Haus Penya”

The owners of the house, who greeted us at our arrival were very easy to deal with. This is a big house, nice for a big family or big groups. very comfortable.Location was great for us...just two blocks from the beach in a quiet area. I believe the house is posted here by an agency in Palma(not my favorite situation to deal with). But the owners were the ones that we dealt with after we arrived, and they were great!
