Lagoon-front home just minutes from the beach!

Updated 3 bedroom plus loft on the lagoon just minutes from LBI and the bay.

Enjoy the water right from our dock while grilling or relaxing on the deck. Located conveniently near various businesses such as convenience stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

3 bedrooms on the main floor. 2 Queens and 1 full bed all with tempur-pedic mattresses. Two additional twin beds in the upstairs loft. Updated kitchen and three separate sitting rooms with large couches and TVs. Each TV has a Roku. No cable, but various streaming services available (FuboTV, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, HBO, etc).

Dishes and glassware are provided. Comforter and pillows are also provided. For sanitary reasons we prefer that you bring your own bedding and towels. The home does have a washer and dryer. If you don't want to bring your own linens or don't have enough, you can rent them from Bed & Bath Linen Rentals who have been servicing the area for over 15 years. They'll even do your cleaning, grocery shopping and many other useful chores you don't want to be bothered with while on vacation. Check them out online Bed & Bath Linen Rentals, LLC.

Note: This is a family neighborhood so no loud parties. We will consider small non-shedding dogs upon request and with additional cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
Both wall Air Conditioning units in the upper and lower loft must be turned off prior to departure or a fee will be assessed.
Various household items and other equipment is provided. Guest uses these items at their own risk and we ask that anything finished is replaced.

Great Beach Vacation Home

Property was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was convenient to get to LBI beaches. Host got back to us when we had questions. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend this!

Overall stay was great and Nick was an excellent host. House required some minor repairs including an unsightly hole in the wall, one sliding door with no locking mechanism and several of the vertical blinds were broken.

We have stayed in a few rental homes in BHW and Nick was by far one of the best hosts. Very communicative and helpful. Home was spacious and had a lot of necessities needed. Very comfortable beds for a rental property. Great location easily accessible to local attractions.

Lagoon Life

Pleasantly surprised by all the extras not listed in the property listing. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor shower. Lots of living space made it easy to relax after spending the day at the beach or enjoying all the fun on LBI. Very close to shopping so if you wanted to save room when packing you could easily grocery shop day of. Would definitely recommend for larger family. Nick was an excellent and very responsive host. This was the very first time I stayed here and would def again. It was also the first time I’ve ever used and booked through VRBO

Lovely Lagoon

First time using VRBO. It was a very easy experience to rent this property and the owner Nick pleasant to deal with. He answered any questions l had in a timely fashion. The house is located on a beautiful lagoon and it is a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Looking forward to renting again next year.
