“This is by far the best hotel in Bacolod City! It is situated next to the sm mall with a private entrance near the elevators. There are lots of places to eat, easy access to atms, supermarket, pharmacy, and taxis. The breakfast buffet is a must! And the staff is very helpful with any needs to make your stay better. “We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Property is nice surrounded by lots of trees, flowers and they have an organic vegetable garden, however, summer in Philippines is hot. Air conditioning is good however you need the room key to start it. So when away and coming back, it will take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Plenty of laundry in the area, Korean Karoake bar just up the street, and not far from lagoon park / street food. “When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system.”
