“We love this cute little studio style property. Proximity to downtown is excellent. It is clean and new and modern and comfortable. The overall feel is professional like any hotel chain might offer, but with the charm of the owner’s personal touch. We stayed for a surprise anniversary trip and my wife absolutely loved it. “The efficiency apartment was well stocked with all we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was lovely and the balcony was perfect for snacks at sunset. The check in was simple and the host was available had we needed her.We were there 9/7-9/11 so it was very quiet. I am sure children enjoy the shallow water and beach in the summer.”

“There is no food. The bed is far too soft. The furniture is sized for a 12 year old. The AC is in the room and very loud. It also was installed incorrectly.”

“Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and everything was as expected based off the description. Walls were thin but that’s to be expected in most hotels. We loved that they provided a sound machine and fan. It was convenient that they had a convenience store attached to the hotel too. The view from our window/door of the lake was beautiful! We enjoyed the private pool, happy hour at the lakeside hotel is a great time, close to bellaire (Short’s brewery with live music was so fun, mammoth distillery drinks were amazing, treats from the candy store and Ruthanne’s were delicious), close to torch lake, also close to many nice hiking trails. Nice to have beach towels available, microwave and mini fridge were also great. We would stay here again!!”
