This beautiful spacious family home nestled in the woods on six acres in spectacular Manchester, Vermont. Located only minutes from the center of town, giving you the rural and relaxing vibes, you've been looking for!
Boasting a homey interior, cozy and inviting furnishings, a very well-equipped kitchen to whip up the most delicious gourmet meals.
This charming house is exactly what you and your family need to create your everlasting memories for your next vacation to Vermont! as well as a EV Universal Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger!

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

Special Note:
No Pets Allowed, there will be $700.00 per night penalty fee if a pet is brought into our home without authorization.

The house is super comfortable, clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The back deck with fire pit and lounge area created the perfect space for unwinding at night. Check-in process and instructions and communications with the host seamless.

Perfect Manchester, VT Getaway

This is our second time staying at Laurel Hill and once again it was the perfect place for our families getaway! The location is perfect for access to Bromley mountain and quite comfortable for 8 adults and 2 kids. Also very close to town. Lonnie & Christine were very helpful this time around, as well. The driveway was quite icy when we arrived, and we had trouble getting out. Lonnie had someone come within 5 minutes of our call to sand the ice so we could get out. I wish we could have stayed longer, but maybe next year.

Great place to stay for Stratton ski trip

We have 3 families that stayed here for a 4 day ski trip to Stratton. It’s 30 mins drive from the house to Stratton, very easy commute. The house is clean and big enough for us. The owner responded my msg in a few mins and really responsive. Would definitely recommend this house!

Wonderful stay in Manchester!

This home was perfect for our family of 8 (adults) - plenty of space to spread out but great common spaces to be together! We loved the back deck and the backyard fire pit. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and was really well-stocked. Home was clean, furnishings comfortable, and in a great location close to town. The host, Lonny, was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

Every October we come to Manchester VT with our family and it can be a challenge fitting us all. We stayed here with our parents, a grandparent and also 4 kids under 10. This place has something for everyone. Multiple living rooms, two fire pits and a big yard. It was also about 5 minute drive to Orvis. We had a great time here and would definitely choose here again.

So. Vermont Must Stay

Our family had a great stay at Laura Hill. My wife and I plus daughter, son in law and two adult sons couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for my niece's wedding in Manchester, VT. There is plenty of room for 6+ adults. The house is equipped with almost anything you will need and so close Manchester. The private location and fantastic outdoor space makes the property a must stay when in So. Vermont.

Wedding Weekend

Went up to VT for a wedding and had a wonderful time. Manchester is a beatutiful small town with lots of local businesses and food stores! Our home was perfect, just 5-8 minutes from town. Great deck with fireplace and the fire pit.. (we stayed on deck due to rain which was perfect with the roof/couches all around.) would highly recommend this location. we were a group of six but could easily handle 10+

Family Gathering

The Owners were amazing at communicating and making us feel welcome. The location was wonderful for all of our wedding events in the Dorset area. We spent most of our short stay on the beautiful deck off the house. Our family felt comfortable catching up under the beautiful pagoda. While the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well stocked we were disappointed to walk into a house with an unpleasant dog smell. The carpets going to the second level and the bedrooms need a good cleaning. We appreciated the great location and enjoyed exploring the area.

Wedding Weekend in Vermont

Our nephew was married in Manchester over the Memorial Day weekend, 2024. We wanted a house as our base for our family of 9 adults. Laurel Hill was great. It was just a 5-minute drive to the Equinox and quick into town for shopping, groceries and true bonus-the dog diving competition at Orvis! The house was great. Large enough for all of us to have good sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms for the getting ready (though we really missed a full-length mirror and hair dryers-so bring one if you think you'll need it!). The kitchen was great for coffee and snacks. Lots of counters and loads of stuff, so you could cook. We LOVED the deck and used it for our post wedding decompression! Plenty of parking for 4 cars. Easy instructions. All in all, an amazing time at Laurel Hill.

Fabulous Experience

We stayed at Laurel Hill for a quick ski trip to Vermont. We wanted close proximity to Bromley Mountain, and we were only about 15 minutes away. The house was lovely and more than accommodated our family of 10. Communication with the Lonny & Christine was amazing and everything was as they said. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, and I only wish the weather had cooperated (it was a little rainy and damp), because we would have loved to utilize the back deck! Whenever we plan a trip back to Manchester, I will definitely see if Laurel Hill is available.

Family Ski trip 2024

Our stay at laurel hill was wonderful. The home was exactly as described in the listing. Lonny was excellent and was very much available if needed. He called to check in on us the first day. The entire family enjoyed the trip and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. We would stay there again. The neighborhood was so lovely a wonderful part of Manchester that we never knew about. Had a fabulous weekend in this home. It was close to town and slopes and had enough room for 10 people comfortably. The owners checked in several times to be sure our stay was the best it could be. Highly recommend this home!!!

Awesome time!

We had such a great time. This was one of the best rentals I have been to. Checkin was smooth, house was immaculate and the perfect size. I was concerned my daughter has eczema but did not flare here at all! The downtown is also very cute with a really nice bookstore. The kitchen is fully equipped and there were other extra things available we forgot to bring. Lonny was so responsive to all our questions. Thank you for such a great experience.

Peaceful stay in Manchester

We are a group of seven women who have been getting together twice a year for 20 years. This was one of my favorite houses. The house was clean, spacious and welcoming. The back deck with eight Adirondack chairs, as well as a covered area with porch seating, and a fire pit were fantastic!

Perfect for a get-together

This is a terrific spot for a gathering of friends or family. It's spacious, up to date, very well appointed, and very comfortable. There is lots of outdoor seating as well as indoor seating, with a variety of spaces so people can spread out.
