“This is a New England bed and breakfast. There are no amenities as it's in the countryside. Buildings are charming but old so reviews need to consider that. Lovely. Not far from where the Von Trapp family settled. Manchester is a charming NE town.”

There was a phone number on the wall in the community kitchen. I stayed in room one closest to the main road. Typical Expedia room either by the road, next to an elevator shaft or across from the indoor pool (I have snagged all three types of rooms over the years). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
