“This is a New England bed and breakfast. There are no amenities as it's in the countryside. Buildings are charming but old so reviews need to consider that. Lovely. Not far from where the Von Trapp family settled. Manchester is a charming NE town.”

“There were no amenities. Bathroom only ha 3 pump bottles in the shower if which 2 didn’t work. Restaurant staff was not friendly and made you feel like you were bothering them. Front desk staff very friendly. For the rate we were charged this property didn’t meet my expectations.”

“Older motel not too far from the center of town. Motel is operated remotely. If I hadn't run into a resident guide, I would have had a problem getting into my room. There was a phone number on the wall in the community kitchen. I stayed in room one closest to the main road. Typical Expedia room either by the road, next to an elevator shaft or across from the indoor pool (I have snagged all three types of rooms over the years). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were few outlets...

“My Daughter and I visited COHO in late January for a ski trip during a snowstorm. We were greeted by the owners and their daughter Rosie shoveling off our entrance to room. The room had exactly what we needed for a overnight stay. After Dinner we went into Lobby/Lodge and played board games, vintage Pacman and bought some local craft beer. We had hot coco/tea. I was lucky to have great conversations with owners and talk about them rehabbing and reviving COHO and challenges that come along with...

“Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. ”

“Rooms were very clean, great coffee in the room. The resort(the actual area in general )is in “mud month”. Very few restaurants and stores were open. Not the fault of the resort. Refrigerator needed to be requested. The views were spectacular and the lobby was beautiful ”
