Welcome to this cosy and beautiful house for 3 people located in Mancor de la Vall. It will make you feel undoubtedly at home.
This lovely house emanates an exceptional charm thanks to the fascinating and beautiful stoned walls inside out the house. You will enjoy not only the beauty of the house but also the peace and nature around. From the terrace, you will live true dreamy moments having breakfast in front of the mountains and the church bell tower.

The two-storey building, has an impressive open concept room -with a wood stove- with the lounge, the dining area and the kitchen, so the space is quite functional: you can cook on the ceramic hob while coming all together to the table or watching Smart TV. There also is a single bedroom on this floor. Going upstairs you find the air-conditioned master bedroom with a shower bathroom and access to the terrace. A washer, iron and ironing board can be found in the house. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

Mancor de la Vall is a lovely, cosy and peaceful village, located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is perfect for hiking or biking excursions, for example to Santa Lucía, Lluc, Ses Fonts Ufanes or the mythical Cuevas de Campanet. You will also find good bars and restaurants, a grocery shop, a pharmacy and a bakery. The little city of Inca, about 5 km away, offers more services and we recommend you visiting the town on Thursday because this is the day of its street market. The northern beaches are about 30 minutes drive away, most of them of fine sand, like the ones in Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.

Sehr schönes Dorf, uriges und gepflegtes Haus im Ortskern gelegen, toller Blick von der Dachterrassen.Leider hat das WC keine raumhohe Wand, daher nicht für alle Personen geeignet.

Beschreibung an der Realität vorbei

Es geht los mit der Suche nach einem Parkplatz. Dann kommt man in die Wohnung und alles ist dunkel. In der Küche fehlen wichtige Utensilien, wie z.B. eine Kaffeemaschine (ohne Pads), ein kleines Messer, ein Schälwerkzeug, …Müllentsorgung bleibt ein Geheimnis bis Mittwoch. Das Badezimmer hat seinen Namen nicht verdient! Die Decken beim Sofa benötigen dringend eine Wäsche.Gut waren die kleine Terrasse, die Bäckerei in der Nähe und der Kontakt zu den Einheimischen in der nahegelegenen Kneipe.Das alles rechtfertigt aber nicht den überzogenen Preis von fast 180 pro Nacht.

Nie wieder mit homerti Agentur

Die Wohnung ist okay, aber für den Preis waren zu viele Dinge defekt oder fehlten. Homerti scheint nichts zu kontrollieren in der Wohnung, und wenn man anruft, spricht niemand Deutsch (für technische Details nötig). Dafür erhält man im Vorfeld dauernd Emails mit Aufforderungen und Drohungen, dass die Reservierung storniert wird, alles muss weit im Vorausbezahlt werden, und dann kommt man hin und das Geschirr ist dreckig und etliches ist defekt. Das passt nicht zusammen: Ordnung von den Gästen fordern und selbst bei der Betreeung der Wohnung nicht akkurat handeln. Die Wohnung selbst hat nur ein Manko: Die Toilette und die Dusche sind offen, d.h. nicht von der Wohnung, die nur aus einem offenen Raum auf 2 Stockwerken besteht, komplett mit einer Mauer abgetrennt. So hört man jedes Toilettenpapierrascheln in der ganzen Wohnung. Wer es mag, okay.

Absolute Empfehlung

Haben den Aufenthalt total genossen! Schön renovierte kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht um sich wohlfühlen. Super Kontakt mit dem Anbieter. Lediglich die Küchenutensilien wurden durch den Vormieter schmutzig hinterlassen und in den Pfannen löste sich die Beschichtung ab. Wenn das künftig besser kontrolliert würde, wäre alles perfekt. Ansonsten wirklich jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wie-Zuhause-Gefühl in einem wunderschönen Dorf

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Top Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse, sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, ansonsten sehr ruhig. Zum Rennradfahren super geeignet, da direkt am Gebirge, alle Top-Anstiege sind in der Nähe.

Idyllisches und ruhiges Bergdorf

Mancor de la Vall ist ein wunderschönes Bergdorf und war für uns ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in verschiedenen Regionen Mallorcas. Für uns war die sehr offene Raumaufteilung kein Problem, man sollte sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass nicht viel Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Das Haus ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto anfahrbar, wir haben meist beim Friedhof geparkt und sind die kurze Strecke durch das schöne Dorf spaziert. An sich kein Problem, wir hätten uns aber über Tipps für Parkmöglichkeiten gefreut. Wir haben auch recht lange nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, unseren Müll bei der Abreise wegzubringen, da der angegebene Wertstoffhof nicht immer geöffnet ist. Hier wäre es bestimmt sinnvoll gewesen, rechtzeitig die Augen nach Containerstandorten offen zu halten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und haben besonders die Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick sehr genossen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Liegt super zentral im Ort, morgens kann man zu Fuß zum Bäcker gehen und am Platz in der Sonnen den ersten Kaffee trinken. Terrasse mit tollen Ausblick über die Dächer und Berge. Geschirrspüler ging nicht, wurde aber umgehend vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter repariert. Agentur hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Schönes ruhiges Dorf - Haus gewöhnungsbedürftig

Das Haus will einen interessanten Eindruck machen, was aber bei näherem Hinsehen misslingt. Eine Toilette mit Schiebetür, die nicht schließt, hinter dem Bett - das ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und erfordert viel Rücksicht - auch bei sehr vertrautem Umgang der Mieter*innen. Es fehlt ein Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse. Das kleine Zimmer unten ist eine schimmelige dunkle Kammer, hier würde ich niemanden unterbringen. Es fehlt eine liebevolle Hand, die dem Haus Wärme gibt...Apropos - zum Kamin war leider kein Holz vorhanden. Der Radiator wärmt nur sich selbst... Ein Wasserkocher wäre sehr hilfreich und Strom sparend. Nur eine Decke im Bett ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Insgesamt: Das Haus würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen, den Ort mit seinen lieben Menschen und der herrlichen Umgebung und Ruhe schon.
