Welcome to this beautiful town house with private pool, wonderful garden and lovely views. It has sleeps 8 people.
The exterior of the house is very beautiful. It features a well-kept garden with a private chlorine pool that measures 11 x 6 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1 to 2.1 meters stands out. The comfy sun loungers are perfect for basking in the sun after a refreshing swim. You can sit in the shade and extend the after-meal conversation after enjoying a delicious barbecue on the porch of the house. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.
The 2-storey house offers a charming classic style. The large living-dining room opens to the porch through large windows. The kitchen has a more informal dining area too and is equipped with an induction top. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. On the first floor we have another nice living room with a TV-sat, a bathroom with a bathtub and 2 more bedrooms, both with a double bed and one with an en-suite shower bathroom. The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and the house features oil central heating. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Mancor de la Vall is a pretty village at the foot of the mountains that offers basic services for your stay. In the city of Inca, 5 km away, you will find more shops and services as well as a traditional market that takes place every Thursday. Mancor is the perfect starting point for excursions both on foot and by bicycle, for example to Santa Lucía, Lluc, Ses Fonts Ufanes or the amazing Cuevas de Campanet. And if you want to go to the beach, the closest one is 30 km away, the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcúdia.
