Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible.
