“ホテルは清掃もきちんとされており清潔な印象でした。マンダレーだからか、蚊が多いです。部屋の蚊取ベープがおかれています。朝ごはんも種類あり、数泊しても飽きずに過ごせます。市内中心部にあり、ロケーションも良いです。”

“Hicimos la reservación y pagamos y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el hotel no trabaja con la app hace 3 años!!! Que no tenían ninguna reserva con nuestro nombre y que si queríamos quedarnos debíamos volver a pagar en efectivo!!! Nos trató muy mal la encargada y preferimos irnos a otro hotel”

“Esperienza tutto sommato positiva grazie anche alla disponibilità offerta dallo staff, che non si sono tirati indietro neppure per accompagnarci personalmente a comprare delle medicine in una farmacia. La cosa più negativa era il fumo che entrava in camera proveniente dai fuochi che appiccavano fuori i senzatetto per riscaldarsi. Bruciando rifiuti entrava in camera un fumo nauseante che dava un gran fastidio nonostante le finestre fossero completamente chiuse. Anche il freddo di sera si faceva...

“I decided to spend my birthday and the New Year’s Eve at this hotel and I booked the suite. Unfortunately at my arrival I understood that the most expensive room was just wider and it was not luxury as expected, especially when sold at 180 €/night, one of the most expensive in Mandalay. The staff was extremely kind and changed my room the next day for a better one, which I could book for almost half of the price, they also partially compensated inviting us for dinner and taking care of our dirty...

“I stayed overnight only before getting on the Mandalay ferry. The place was small and very clean. Good for one person but a squeeze for two. The service staff were willing but incompetent. They couldn't find my booking and had no record of my payment. They failed to book me a car from the airport after promising to do so. However, all these things were fixable and my tuk tuk was ready and waiting in the morning.”

“To be honest, room maintenance condition is not good. I found the leakage of water at the toilet and air conditioning, shelf of shower room is broken. However, the large room space and high ceiling is very comfortable.”
