Nestled ideally within the Riou de l'Illette residence, just a 5-minute walk from the seaside, not far from the majestic Château de Mandelieu-la-Napoule, the train station, and an array of restaurants, this apartment offers an unforgettable holiday experience. With its parking space, swimming pool, and petanque court, all the conditions are met for a delightful stay. The apartment features a comfortable living room with a separate sleeping area, along with a convertible sofa accommodating two additional guests, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a shower room with WC. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace, an ideal spot for memorable summer evenings with friends or family. Amenities include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Upon arrival, you'll find linen (sheets, bath towels, bath mat), toilet paper, shower gel sachets, as well as a kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, multi-surface cleaner, laundry detergent, dishwasher and washing machine tablets).

Upon request, it's possible to obtain one or more changes of sheets and towels for an additional fee. The complete kit, including one set of sheets and two sets of towels, is charged at 40 euros. We can also provide beach towels upon request.
