Cocoonr is pleased to offer this air-conditioned villa with a swimming pool for rent in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. It has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The house is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 41 m² living room with a TV, two sofas and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… and a dining area

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: a king-size bed (180×200)
- Two shower rooms with shower and toilet
- A bathroom with bath and toilet
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, baby bath, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A 10×4m private, heated swimming pool, open from April to October, weather permitting. It is fitted with a cover and an alarm.
- A 600 m² enclosed garden surrounding the property. It faces south at the front and is shaded at the back.
- Two dining areas and a seating area under an arbour overlooking the swimming pool are available for your use.
- Balcony 1: 12 m², south-facing with furniture, situated on the first floor
- Balcony 2: 6 m², south-facing with furniture, situated on the first floor.
- A table tennis table and a pétanque court are also available for your use.

The house is ideally situated in Mandelieu-la-Napoule, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly under the house’s carport, which can be closed off with a roller shutter (space for 2 cars), or in the large driveway (space for 2 cars).

- Nearest SNCF railway station: Mandelieu-la-Napoule, 4 km away
