Dear Boris, thank you for leaving your review, glad you appreciated the upkeep of the resort which is of high standard. Personally I do not understand the issue with the security, I am not sure that a jail is the right term to express the quality of privacy we offer to our guests. Entrance to the resort is for residents only, hence the coded entrance gate or the keys, what you call security are receptions staff doing the rounds once every hour to check that everything is ok, and offer assistance when needed. That the review shall suffer because we offer a service for guests seems pretty unfair to me, and it is strictly personal to your feelings only. Thank you.

Bianca, we regard the reviews of guest highly, but the blatant lies written here are appolling. First of all, I was the person contacting you because of several complains coming from the management about the misuse of the swimming pool. The guest above you were a lovely Italo German couple with a child with mental handicap, that you did not realise this spending a week near them explains a lot. You were never ignored, rather you did not complain at all until I called you . The sprinkler went on at night, what do you expect, to have luxurious vegetation in summer without watering? Last but not least, you left the apartment with damages for almost €2.000, hidden by reversing the mattresses, it was a despicable thing to do. The German owner, invested in these items for a special condition of his, and we had to replace them immediately because no other guests could sleep in them. You are the people who should reimburse the owner, not the other way around. In so many years of dealing with the public, this is definitely the most disturbing experience ever.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feed-back, much appreciated. A bit surprised re humidity in basement, to the excess of not using as sleeping quarters, knowledge during the stay would have been beneficial, this issue has not recorded with any other guests, sure the stormy weather in June did not help! Re power line, your apartment is supplied with double the average Italian power, that is 6 kw instead of 3 kw, definitely electric oven and electric stove together cannot work, in any house in Italy, this is common sense. Apologies re kitchen supply, full set set of new dishes and glasses supplied at beginning of the season, will definitely provide the missing items, apologies for the inconvenience. Best regards.
