The only thing that was wrong was that the coffee pot had the wrong size café in it and was useless I did not have a chance to alert the staff or give them a chance to fix it it was a very busy trip other than that the room was excellent.”

“Clean, great staffed”

“Staff scolded me for being in the lobby at 5:00 in the morning after I just got done doing work in my room on my laptop. The breakfast set up was one giant waffle dehydrated oatmeal cereal and a small cup container orange juice in a pitcher and cut up whole muffins.”

“We were in town for our son's retirement from the Navy and stayed with several other family members. Overall we had a pretty good stay. The rooms, we saw 5 of them with all of our guests, were pretty well maintained, clean, and well stocked. The typical shower consumables were mounted on the wall, soap at the sink, ironing board, iron, coffee maker, and TV. “Pros: Large room. Clean hotel. Convenient location & friendly staff with easy check-in/out. Pet friendly for my dog. Cons: Bed pillows were "meh". The sofa (sleeper?) was not very comfortable to sit on. All in all, though, a good option for staying on Bainbridge. I will likely be back.”

“No very many amenities. No elevator. My car got keyed in the parking lot. It's a good thing we were only there for not even 12 hours before a flight.”

“This motel was clean. There are two levels with no elevator. This was difficult with my elderly mother. The outdoor fire was not working and our bathtub lever was broken. These were reported to the staff. They seemed receptive. The breakfast was basic. Walking distance of an excellent coffeehouse called Realfine. I would also recommend West Side of Chicago pizza that is two blocks away. Neighborhood seemed safe.”
