Set amidst coconut trees and natural greenery, the property offers a quiet and refreshing environment. Guests can enjoy open spaces, a relaxed atmosphere, and a homely feel that’s perfect for unwinding.

The home features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 clean and well-maintained bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious hall with a dining area—ideal for family meals or relaxing together. There's also a welcoming balcony at the entrance, It’s a great place to sit, relax, or enjoy your morning / evening tea surrounded by greenery

Guest access
You’ll have the entire private 2BHK on the ground floor and full access to our big garden — a small orchard of mango and jackfruit trees, coconut palms, banana plants and flowering shrubs. It’s an inviting spot to breathe fresh morning air or enjoy the monsoon mood. Pilikula Nisargadhama (nature trails, boating, zoo) is a short 1 km trip. (Please ask before picking flowers, fruit or climbing trees — safety first!)

Other things to note
The kitchen includes a gas stove, mixer-grinder, kettle, water purifier, chimney (exhaust hood), dish soap, and scrubber. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and milk sachets are provided; guests are requested to arrange any additional groceries.

Glassware provided includes beer mugs, wine glasses, shot glasses, whisky tumblers, regular drinking glasses, coffee mugs, a peg measure, and a bottle opener.

A washing machine is available for use (please bring your own detergent and fabric conditioner).

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, as smoke detectors are installed and may be triggered. Guests may step outside if they wish to smoke and enjoy the cool breeze and garden.
