New and private, beautiful, cozy, 1 bedroom/1 bath bungalow style apartment. Ideally located on lush green land, a truly peaceful oasis just a short 5 mins walk to the main strip/town and the beach, far enough from the bars and clubs for a good night sleep. Relax in the hammock on the handmade bamboo porch. Very comfortable with in the AC in each room. Fully equipped kitchen. Fast and reliable 80MB internet perfect for working while abroad. Spacious garden with bbq grill and amazing view!
The space
Cleaning is included once a week of you are a long stay guest! And free drinking water! We refill your water bottle your entire stay.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed on each. Living area with comfortable seating and dining for four guests. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, four burner gas stove, coffee maker, blender, necessary utensils, wine glasses and opener, pots and pans, blender, toaster, orange juicer, soap and salt! We also provide complementary drinking water for your entire stay.

The two bedrooms each have full size beds, with new matresses, a dresser, and individual AC unit.

The bathroom has a shower with strong pressure and hot water from a hot water heater (a non-electric shower), and travel size soap, shampoo, and conditioner to start your trip. Towels and toilet paper. As with all toilets in Central and South America, toilet paper must not be flushed in the toilet please!

The porch has a relaxing handmade hammock and an outdoor bamboo sofa with comfortable cushions.

The apartment is situated on lush green land with ample green space providing a peaceful setting free from the noise of the town.

Guest access
The place is independent and private, you’ll have your own balcony. The patio with grass is shared with the other guests, this is a common area.
