“I stayed at Taishan 4 days in march 2026. The experience has been extremely negative. 1) No staff member speaks English. 2) There is no fitness suite. 3) Internet is extremely poor, and practically non-existent. 4) They did not provide breakfast, despite that reservation says that breakfast is included in my rate. 5) Staff are extremely rude. I asked reception to book me taxi for return to the airport. The reply (on google translator) was “ you can book it by yourself” ”

“Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless.
