This superb chalet offers comfort and a cosy atmosphere, surrounded by balconies and a terrace. Spread over 3 levels, with its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna and ski room, this bright chalet will dazzle you with its magnificent view of the mountains, where every season has its charm: the magical atmosphere of snow on the fir trees, the colours of autumn, summer: you can have lunch outside and enjoy the cool evenings with aperitifs and sumptuous sunsets. This is a paradise for hikers and cyclists, with walks starting from the chalet, not forgetting the chance to take a dip in Lake Annecy, early in the morning or late at night to avoid the crowds!
We love the cosy living room with its view of the mountains peaks, which opens onto the elegant, sober kitchen and dining area with its bench seat, which was refurbished this winter and is perfect for an afternoon of games or cards by the wood-burning stove.

- 1 double bedroom (160 cm bed) located on the lower level of the chalet, with en-suite shower room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate WC. On the same level, there is a TV/reading room or games room, much appreciated by teenagers looking for independence.
- A large, bright and welcoming living room on the ground floor, where you can cook in a convivial atmosphere, while sharing time with those enjoying an aperitif at the bar, relaxing by the fire or reading quietly on the sofa.

This chalet is in Manigod halfway between the village and the Manigod resort at the Col de la Croix Fry main access to the Plateau de Beauregard.
This Natura 2000 listed plateau is popular with hikers and nature lovers. Its accessibility and the beauty of its landscapes make it an ideal place for outdoor activities all year round.

- 220 km of pistes in the Aravis ski area (La Clusaz and Croix Fry, and Le Grand Bornand connected by shuttle bus), Nordic skiing at the Plateau de Beauregard (home of Olympic champion Hugo Lapallus) or at the Confins ski area at La Clusaz or in the Vallée du Bouchet at Le Grand Bornand.
