Hotel grazioso, peccato per la zona.
L'hotel molto carino d vicino alla "Manila Bay". Il personale molto cordiale e pronto a dare buoni consigli. L'unico problema principale è la posizione peri seguenti motivi. 1. La via non è ben illuminata e seppure in una zona turistica di Manila è possibile fare incontri poco piacevoli. 2. Di fronte all'Hotel c'è un locale che a prima vista può sembrare una discoteca o un disco var ma in realtà è un locale di spogliarelli e altri tipi di attrazioni. Per questo motivo non lo consiglierei a famiglie con bambini a seguito. 3. Se si vuole andare a mangiare fuori la scelta dei ristorahti è veramente limitata.

I used to go all the time and it was nice and accomodating .. now its a process to check in .. they read you entire page of rules .. dont let u check in early .. everyone lines up at 2pm to check in .. so now u all waiting in line at 2pm to get room .. girls are nice but too rigid on policies .. customer sevice and empathy for guests would go a long way for this hotel ... not the worst place but i dont think i will go back .. even check out is too long process.. i usually stay at new coast but was booked so i decided to go back here because i used to stay her all the time but sadly wont be back... it is cheap and room is not horrible but definitely getting old and rooms are dark ..shower is strong .. bed ok .. looks like a bomb hit the street .. they are either rebuilding or just tearing down .. not sure but maybe next year 2024 it will be all fixed up ..

The staff was very helpful and kind, lovey people! The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The fridge was cold and great to put waterbottles in over the night. The neighbourhood was so-so.

The food was good mostly apart from the undercooked raw eggs for breakfast. The staff were mostly pleasant to me, but not my guests. There was building work/scaffolding on the front of the hotel. The bathroom door handle was broken and didn't get fixed after I reported it. They didn't provide enough towels even though I had paid for 4 people to stay and tried to charge me for extra after checking out. The cups were not cleaned each day during room cleaning. The staff were overheard making comments about my family guests who do speak Tagalog too. My step son was challenged several times after parking his scooter in the underground car park.

I book the smoke free room but when we check in most rooms we’re booked and the last room available is on the smoke floor. Fortunately there it is not smelly. Internet is extremely slow , some WiFi doesn’t work either. The hotel staffs are nice , it’s just the infrastructure of the hotel and the surrounding that’s not good enough

Zeer verzorgd, zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijt in buffervermogen. Een van de meest ondergewaardeerde hotels in Manilla. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Kamers zijn beetje gedateerd misschien, maar ruim en proper en in orde. Straat is al jaren een bouwwerf door het optrekken van flatgebouwen… maar daar kunnen zij niets aan doen.

Poor condition of room and bathroom scattered with flys. Mould on ceiling in main room and round floor in bathroom. Part fault of expedia, listing this hotel on their website. Rating is completely misleading and although i booked for 2 adult and 2 children, i was booked a king bed only. Then there was the fuss about only 2 booked for breakfast. I had paid extra of £58.00 for extra person and still i was questioned about breakfast for us all. I lay all of this with Expedia who have clearly not reviewed/ inspected this property in recent years

First of all, I really have to say that the staff at this hotel leaves nothing to be desired. I am really impressed with so much courteous service towards the hotel guest. Nevertheless, I would like to note the following possibilities for improvement in relation to the stay in the hotel: Written information in the room would be appropriate and helpful for better orientation in connection with opening times, services and, if applicable, possible room service. The same applies to the use of the safe in the room, the batteries of which should also be checked regularly to ensure that they function correctly. If an elevator is defective and cannot serve a floor, a written notice would be helpful on the one hand, but on the other hand it should be possible for a technician to rectify this error within a few days. The fitness machines in the gym were only partly usable, especially the fitness machines. Again, an experienced technician should be able to get a device working again within a few hours. It should be known that the Internet in the Philippines is not exactly part of the infrastructure that one can show off. In the room the bandwidth varied from 1Mbitsec up to 65Mbitsec. On average, about 30 Mbitsec were usable. The update of some apps often took 30 minutes or longer.

Great for a short stay.
First impressions were average as it is an older hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious. Hotel service was good and location is also good if you need to get to the airport.

Although the staff was friendly and building generally clean, this hotel seriously oversold what amenities are actually offered and are available. The bar is not open, but is under construction. The upstairs restaurant was not operating like advertised. But also looked to be either under construction or recurving a major overall that would be done no time soon. The location was completely surrounded by dilapidated buildings, people waiting outside who followed me whenever I would leave the hotel, and next to buildings covered in graffiti with the names of local gangs.

I strongly urge potential guests to think twice before making a reservation at Armada Hotel. If you value a hotel that prioritizes customer satisfaction, provides a high level of service, and displays flexibility in accommodating unforeseen circumstances, I suggest looking elsewhere. Armada Hotel's lack of understanding and refusal to consider a change of date or offer a refund are indicative of a deeply disappointing customer experience. I believe that a hotel's true character is revealed in how it handles challenging situations and interacts with its guests. In this regard, Armada Hotel has fallen short. Their rigid policy and lack of flexibility have not only cost them my business but have also tarnished their reputation in my eyes.

Great Service Staff Poor Location
The service staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good, although most of the food is filipino and I did not eat it. But my filipina wife liked it though. The room was comfortable and shower was very good. I had problem with room being too cold, until I found the temp control was a remote on the 3rd day of stay. There was a bad smell in the hallways and the elevator, and only one of two elevators was working. The neighborhood that the hotel is located is very poor, dirty and smelly. It might be worth considering a more expensive hotel to get away from that. When I searched on the web for hotels near Bonifacio Global City (BGC), this hotel came on top of the list, despite the fact that It was very far away from the BGC and the Mall of Asia, where we really wanted to be. Had to use taxi or Grab to go anywhere nice
