The space

Located on Building 12, the Premier Room has swimming pool view. Luxuriate in the deep-soaking pool, and relax with an array of convenient amenities, then indulge in a relaxing shower before retreating under the covers to recharge – there’s plenty to explore and wonder in and around SMDC
Guest access
Guests may use the swimming pool with a minimal cost of PHP150/pax (PHP300 on holidays). Pool access coupon can be paid directly to the Admin office of the tower.
Other things to note
- Guest/s and Companion's to provide a photo copy of their valid I.D , only registered guest are allowed to stay in the unit.
- Early check-in is allowed provided the room is empty or no current in-house guest, or you may leave the baggage to us and we can deliver it to the room once cleaned.
- For long term staying guest, we will clean the room every 7(seven) days and change all the linens and towels between 10:00am till 2:00pm
- Always lock the door when you leave the place, we will not be responsible for lost of personal belongings during your stay, and you will also be liable for lost items or appliances due to negligence.
