But on our end, we also need to defend our business, considering our people do this for a living and to survive especially now that everyone is bouncing back due to pandemic. And telling everyone to stay away from this apartment is just too much. 1st, when you arrived, you are expecting for a bigger room when you only booked a studio room. But our staff explained it to you that you only booked for a studio. We have provided extra beddings so we can accommodate you as well. Which this scenario has been explained properly. Regarding the microwave, my staff is willing to assist and fix it, but one of your children, messaged this.Ok thank you! Keep me updated! Another thing I just noticed, the microwave doesn't work, it doesn't seem to transfer heat (you won't have to fix it asap as we won't need it today) but I just thought I'd let you know.Next, is the hairblower, if we have been informed about it, we could have replaced it.Upon checked out, we also helped in booking you a grab since you have too many luggages, our staff was there to assist you too. We apologize if we have not matched your expectation but I guess, our staffs have assisted and treated you well. We are surprised getting such a review as this.We are willing to hear feedbacks from our guest to improve our business better. Hi! Noted on the improvement. But please be informed that we are not the one who is processing the payment. You booked through the platform which the platform will only pay us 1,699 and it will take us almost a month to get that payment. Complaints should be directly made to the platform which you have processed the booking. Likewise, our room rates are reasonable knowing our rooms, compared to others, are nice. Hopefully, you demand according to the amount you paid for. And, it does not hurt to be nice too given the situation we are in now. Especially to my staff. Kinder approach will go a long way.
