Location highlights:

Building guidelines:

1. The swimming pool is closed every Monday for disinfection. Guest access is Tue–Fri (except holidays). Kindly register at the front desk before use.
2. Trash collection: 9:00 AM–12:00 NN and 6:00 PM–9:00 PM.
3. Strictly no smoking or vaping. Penalties apply.

Important reminders:
- Guest IDs must be submitted once booking is confirmed for building endorsement. No ID, no entry.
- Please care for linens and towels. Additional sets will incur a laundry fee.
- For stays longer than 5 nights, we recommend a cleaning service (₱800).
- All guests and visitors must be registered before arrival.
- Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
- As a residential building, we cannot provide luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.
- Respect for our home, our team, and the building staff is expected at all times.

We’re online from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist with inquiries or concerns, and we’ll respond promptly in case of emergencies.
