Our home will be your home away from home. It is a 1 bedroom condo unit with complete amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Grace Mall is just outside the building where you can enjoy coffee with friends, do your laundry, get a haircut, eat a filling meal and even just relax with a massage after a long day of touring the city.

Guest access
Condo Requirements: Valid IDs and proof of full COVID vaccination.

-Once booked, all guests/tenants are required to submit a copy of their valid IDs and vaccination cards/records for us to process your guest pass/authorization.

A swimming pool can be accessed by guests for 150 pesos per head on regular days and 300 per head for holidays. You will directly pay to the Admin Office and just tell them the unit you are staying in.

No gym access- exclusive to residents.


Paid parking at Grace Mall:
Php 45 first 2 hours
Php 20 succeeding hours
Overnight - Php 300 fixed rate from 1:30 AM - 6 AM
(May vary subject to mall terms/availability, ALL parking-related concerns are outside of host liability)
Other things to note
For long stays (min of 1 month):
-You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff 1,000 PHP to cover labor and laundry. You're linens and towels will be replaced.

-Electricity bill must not exceed 3,000 PHP for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guest's expense.

-Monthly stays are already automatically discounted upon booking (3% discount).
