Nice hotel close to schools
Generally a good hotel except that our floor at 7th smells cigarette. They should impose strict no smoking policy in their hotel as it affects plenty of their guests.

over-all rating was just ok. GOod Points: 1.The check-in and check-out was fast, 2. friendly staff. 3. They allowed us to extend (subject to availability of course) until 2pm. 4. Family room was quite big 5. Good amenities ( but cold improve more) 6. Clean room Bad Point/Needs improvement 1. Windows are not sound proof. It was like there were no windows or all windows were wide open-even if they were not. You can hear all the vehicles passing by. It was very difficult to get any sleep. You can hear the wheeler trucks passing by, honking horns. It was really bad.!!!!! 2. Water heater was not working. 3. wi-fi not very good, always disconnecting 4. TV Cable stopped working around 10pm until we checked out the following day. 5, only 2 sets of towels were provided including other toiletries. We asked for 2 more, but had to call twice as it was taking too long to arrive 6 Though breakfast was quite good, refilling was slow, considering that it was still early. We were there at 6am. Some utensils were not washed well.. 7. Not enough parking space. .

The property is clean. Staffs are friendly & service is good. Problems & issues were addressed right away. The area is safe and there’s a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, laundry, banks. A mall is 5 mins away with a tricycle ride, for 2 person is 40-50pesos. Always prepare a smaller bills of pesos.

Room was very small. Wifi is so so. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a good barbershop in the building. If you have things to do near Ateneo it is conveniently located

Nice hotel, across ADMU
Since our room was a one bedroom accommodation, it was spacious, clean and money's worth. Breakfast was plated and served at our room every morning.

Convenient
For the purpose of my trip, I found Oracle hotel very convenient since I was assisting my daughter on her first few weeks with Ateneo. Getting to and from the school was very convenient plus the rooms we stayed in was comfortable, a 2 bedroom suite.

Will not stay at Oracle again
Manila was hot and humid and thus air conditioned room is a must. I checked into a room which the air-conditioning was not working and the room had a cockroach. I changed to another room which had a working air condition, but the unit was very old & noisy and a couple of days later, I found a cockroach crawling in the room.

A good place to stay in this area.
A fairly good hotel in this area, especially visiting Ateneo de Manila Univ. This Suite room is good as it has two different rooms and a living room with a simple kitchen facility so good to have meeting with colleagues. Main problem in this area and this room is noise. This room is facing to main road but the windows is not tightly closed (it need to be improved), too much noise to sleep at night. Suite room's bathroom has only shower booth, no bathtub. I can get help whenever I need from hotel staff, they are all kind and willing to help. Breakfast is just good for beginning your day. 3-4 kinds of food, Bread with jams, and coffee.

So I learned upon arrival that most of the room don't have actual windows. I decided to upgrade to a room with windows, which was worth every penny. Wifi was good (unlike the other hotels I stayed in in Manila). Pretty clean. No complaint about the bathroom.

Good but could be better.
Stayed 1 night in the 2 bedroom suite with family. Basement parking was full when we arrived so we parked in a separate building within the same block. The parking space was not paved and was poorly lit but at least it had its own security guard. It was hard to avoid stepping into the deep muddy puddles since we got there right after a downpour. Check in was quick. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. My kid had an early activity in the University so the 5am breakfast buffet was a big thing. Tip: choose a room which is not facing the street. Street noise was very loud, mostly from old diesel trucks rattling through the bumpy road in front of the hotel throughout the entire night.

Good affordable hotel....
Very good. Very comfortable beds even the extra bed for our son.. The most comfortable roll away bed. Our second time stay... Staff are super great, hospitable!! The breakfast has room for improvement...mire variety e.g. Cereals, fruits, and choices for juice e.g. Kalamansi, mango juice. We will go back definitely when we are around the area of katipunan road.

My worst staycation experience
September 19 2015 I checked in at your hotel Sept 18,2015 for convenience because my daughter is taking the Ateneo college entrance exam (ACET) today sept. 19, 2015. To my disgust as i was about to leave your hotel at around 530am, a car was parked in front of my car, thus i cannot get out! . Unfortunately i did not get the plate number but come to think of it, it wasn't the car owner's fault . The staff or parking attendant in dark gray and thesecurity guard are at fault because they allowed the guest to double park. The worst part they cannot get in touch who the driver was because they don't know the room the driver was in. The parking attendant & the guard were finger pointing at each other because they dont know who the owner was. I had no other choice but to bring my daughter to ateneo asap via taxi. When i went back to oracle at around 6am, the double-parked-car was still there, so obviouslythe owner was still uninformed. At around 635am i went back to the parking area and the double-parked-car was gone. Double parking may be a regular practice in your business but responsibility must be always exercised. If this incident happened to an emergency situation, these 2 guys' irresponsibility is unforgiveable. Regrets but i consider this incident as an emergency case. This incident cannot be denied that it happened. My daughter was with me. I guess these 2 guys (the guard assigned & the staff/parking attendant at the time this car was parked) should be reprimanded. A

a very convenient hotel along Katipunan
Overall, my stay at this hotel was without any problem. Hotel service is definitely one of the best. Hotel amenities is average. WiFi connection is not a problem. However, the noise from the busy road in front of the hotel can sometimes be heard inside the room.

Best Option in Quezon City
Probably one of the best places to stay in Quezon City. Nice area with lots to do and good selection of healthy restaurants near by (which can be quite hard to find in Manila). Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good for a good night's sleep
Stayed at this hotel right after flying in and was leaving for Baguio early the next morning and another night after arriving from Baguio and we were flying out early the next morning. We stayed here because it was close to my brother's condo who we traveled with. This hotel was perfect for our needs. We just needed a clean room to shower and sleep in for a quick stay. The rooms were clean and quiet at night. The night crew was friendly and great. This is more of a service hotel that served our needs perfectly. The price was also fair and relatively inexpensive. I'd stay here again if I have the same need but if I had to stay in manila for an extended time I'd probably stay at a more upscale hotel

The hotel is clean, there always people cleaning continuously. Staff is excellent and always have a welcome smile when they see you. My only complaint is that the rooms doesn't have any windows. I'm you can live with that, then it's fine. The hotel should have a restaurant so you don't have to go outside to eat if you don't feel that you have to but breakfast is great though. They have to also improve on their wifi service...

Nice Midrange Hotel.
Has Free Parking, Friendly Staff The standard rooms are a too small and windowless so I upgraded for very little extra.The superior rooms are a little bigger and have a nice city-scape view. If you have the included breakfast the food is good with a variety of choices.

I enjoyed my stay it was very vivid.Television with better channels it was great.Wlfi always available.linen was changed almost every day.There was room for negotiation in terms of needy thank for such swift response. However, there is need to improve the time when the items go for laundry.It seems you take long time to return the clothes. I suggest that you ask the client when to expect the things.Lastly ,variety in terms of coffee is also encouraged not all people prefer coffee so try to have variety such as tea,milo,etc.

Comfortable hotel stay near Ateneo de Manila
I booked the hotel room for my wife when he stayed for a few days in Quezon City recently (Aug 2014). When I went with her to check her in, I was pleasantly surprised that the front desk manager, Eric, remembered me from my stay there three years ago. My wife remarked that the hotel staff were very friendly throughout her stay. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. She liked that the housekeeping staff made cute designs with the towels. She also liked that the breakfast was delivered to the room. We recommend this hotel if you are intending to stay in the Quezon City area. It is close to an LRT station, there are many food places along the street that the hotel is on (Katipunan Avenue).
