I like this place. Close to Shopping Malls. The staffs are helpful too. The area is quiet too. I will definitely book for the future visit in Philippines.

4泊しました。繁華街からは少し離れていますが、フィリピンの下町の風情を残しながら、周りには地元の人しか行かない美味しいフィリピン料理のお店があり、夜でも歩けるほど治安は良いと思います。 ホテルのスタッフも最低限の仕事を確実にしていました。grabも呼びやすく便利だと思います。 コストパフォーマンスは大変良いと思います。

The property is conveniently located few minutes away from chowking, kfc, McDonald's, 7 eleven, shopwise, and korean restaurant but be aware some shops only accept cash bases. But dont worry there's atm machine around. The hotel s ok, i like that the staffs are so friendly they always have smiles on their faces and great you downside the hotel rooms are smaller and smaller window and almost no view at all compare to their property in Quezon City, Wide window and city view and also convenient location.

Jail
Security guards were demanding and unfriendly . No trash can in room , after repeated requests they provided a plastic bag . Not allowed to sit on hotel steps, gurard would l foce you to stay in lobby when waiting for a ride. smoking area on 7th floor but closes at 11pm . Any other time smoking only allowed on the curb of a very busy street. Felt more like a prison stay... Avoid this place

Comfortable room. Decent location. Friendly staff. About a 10 minute walk to get to a convenience store and restaurants, but there are small sari-sari stores nearby

I stayed there for a week just to sleep make shower and go out. One day i ask the reception to get me a grab. I been told that the hotel would charge of 35% additional fee aside for how much is the amount grab would charge me.It"s a rip off. I am very dissapointed and told the receptionist "dont worry about it". Since it was happened "i stopped giving tip for their workers that is my isual habit.Plus shower drain blockage makes flood when ever you used it. If your patient is not big dont use this hotel. All in all this hotel is what you pay is what you get..

My comfort place.
It was my third time staying in there. I was expecting the receptionist knew me already but no, they keep asking my records. But still I understand because I’m always wearing facemask. People there were very polite and helpful. I always enjoyed their small pool at the roof. The view and ambiance at the guest area and gym at roofdeck is very welcoming. I’ll keep coming back. I love their bed and very fluffy comforter.

Best bed to sleep!
It was simple yet bed is cozy and comfortable compared to other hotels in Makati. The prize is cheap to have that comfortable sleep. It was my second time in here and surely will back again! Great roofdeck and pool to chill too! Haven’t tried their gym yet

Ok hotel for quarantine which won’t be needed anymore. The food was a ok but a little pricy for what was provided. The Area around the hotel looks sketchy and there’s probably limited transportion but should not be an issue if you have your own service vehicle.

" Better than the Rest"
I choose a hotel that i thought would be Good for my Daughter. Service and security matters to me. After how they handled my Daughter, it may not be perfect but they are better than the rest.

A little disappointing. Why the security deposit?
A little disappointing. Room was clean, but very small. No hand towels or facial tissue in the room. No extra towels at the pool. Staff were nice, but took a long time to respond to requests. Finally, very disappointed that they required a $20 security deposit on my card. Only time a hotel booked via hotels.com has ever done this. These are little things, but important to guests.

It's a brand new property in a "less traveled" part of town. This is both good and bad as the area is not too busy and easy to get a ride, but also you can't walk to the major places in Makati. The property is new as stated and the rooms are simple and clean, great shower (hard to find in Philippines). I was amazed that the sink had hot water (this is also rare). The rooftop pool and restaurant are really nice additions, but the view is not as good as some other places in Makati, still it's a great unique feature. It's a nice place to stay on a bit more of a budget, especially if you want to avoid the crowded Greenbelt / Legazpi area in Mataki.

The restaurant's staff knew nothing about service, you had to ask for anything you wanted, including salt pepper butter for toast and are food came out at different times.

Executive Room mit Kingbett Zimmer ist geräumig genug, zustand des hotel und des Zimmer waren für mich zufriedenstellend. Kleines manko es gibt nur einen mülleimer .. der ist echt klein und steht im bad einen anderen habe ich nicht gefunden. Vielleicht noch einen passenden mülleimer unter den nachttisch stellen, das wäre gut. =) Was ich persönlich bescheiden finde, ich hatte per GrabFood, essen bestellt, in jedem anderen hotel hat mir der lieferant die bestellung aufs zimmer gebracht, im privato musste ich es in der lobby abholen. Ja ich bin faul =) Liegt aber evtl auch daran das man ohne zimmer karte den aufzug nicht bedienen kann. Gym ist vorhanden aber sehr klein, laufband, bike, kurzhanteln gymnastikbälle. Reicht fürs nötigste. Pool, hatte ich die meiste zeit für mich alleine, und bin dann 3 stunden geschwommen. Der pool ist auch nicht gerade groß wenn mehrere personen den pool nutzen ist es nur noch zum plantschen gut. Wie gesagt meiste zeit hatte ich ihn nur für mich... ein genuss. Restaurant gibt es auch, essen ist ok. Leider wie so oft manches "not avaiable" schade. Musste ich dann eben andere sachen kosten auf die ich nicht heißhunger hatte. War dennoch zufriedenstellend. Um die ecke ist ne BDO bank und ein seven eleven malls sind per GrabCar/Taxi zu erreichen. Ab und zu krähte am morgen irgndemwo ein hahn und manchmal hörte man Karaoke "gesang". Nicht wirklich störend. Preis leistung ist wirklich gut.

The hotel is a very new and is situated in a convenient location to get around. The room i had was a queen size with balcony, it was a very adequate for my comfort and needs. I was there for 9 night's and haf no problems or issue's to report. I eould not hesitate to recommend this hotel, I certainly will book again when I return this year. What people should think about is how long do you spend in the room. if the hotel is, clean, safe, well staffed and in a convenient location, with a very competitive price, then try this hotel. Stacey on the reception desk is absolutely fabulous, she recommended various things to do and see. She asked me every day that she saw me if we were happy and were we experiencing any problems to let her know. The 2 concierge guys were very very helpful at all times.

Better Alternative to other Budget Hotels
If you need a quick break / staycation, Privato is a better option that Red Planet or Hop Inn.
