This unit has a relaxing balcony overlooking the pool. It is located on the 3rd floor of Shore Residences Tower A, 1300 Seaside Blvd, Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Popular destinations include Mall Of Asia, Okada, Ayala Mall, City Of Dreams, Solaire -All within walking distance or a very short cab ride.

Our space is a 28.11 Square Meter (302.5 SQFT) 1 bedroom 1 bath that can conveniently accommodate 4 guests. This is the size of a regular hotel room. The A/C is efficient enough to cool the entire unit and also there is a ceiling fan.

The Bedroom has a full sized bed with another pull out bed. It can easily sleep 3 people. There is also a sofa bed that can sleep a 4th guest.

You will have a dedicated area where you can plug in your laptop and connect to our free & secure WIFI with 50mbps speed.

Living room is equipped with a 42" SMART TV with Youtube & FREE Netflix . Although we allow 4 guests in the unit, we recommend 3 adult guests. 4 XL sized adults might make it feel tight.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you will need to prepare a meal. We strongly recommend ToGo/Take out orders from restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores on the ground floors of the towers. Enjoy your stay, let someone else do the cooking for you.

Complimentary drinks (coffee, tea, water) are provided upon your arrival.

The bathroom has a water heater. You will have towels and toiletries. We decided to remove the washing machine in the unit. There is a convenient laundromat on the ground floor with more efficient washers and dryers. They also offer full laundry service. Just enjoy your stay please. Forget laundry!

The pool is accessible to guests with a 150PHP per head fee for regular days, 300PHP for Holidays. Guests can purchase pool tickets at the cashier in tower C which is open Mondays-Fridays 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12 noon. If you plan to use the pool, make sure to purchase your tickets ahead of time. Our property manager can purchase the pool tickets for you with an additional 150 PHP handling free.
Gym is for unit owners' exclusive use only. For that we apologize. This is a building regulation.

NOTES:
1) Upon booking, we will need a picture of your passport (foreign visitors) or government issued ID (local visitors) to process your building guest pass. Only approved guests are allowed in the unit. If you plan to have visitors during your stay, you may hangout in the lobby.

2)For fire safety issues, instead of a flat iron we provide a steamer instead.

3) Early check-in, late checkout can be arranged depending on availability and the length of your stay.
