A little paradise under the sun of the Costa del Sol in Playa Paraíso, Manilva. One small step for you to the beach, one big step for relaxation!
The house is located directly on the beautiful natural beach with direct access from the garden to the beach. In just a few steps you are at the beach of Playa Paraíso with a beach bar (chiringuito) and a restaurant within walking distance (5 minutes each). The small, charming Urbanizacion Playa Paraiso also has a heated swimming pool that is ideal for swimming all year round.

Der Aufenthalt im Strandhaus war hervorragend. Besonders die Abende auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer empfanden wir als äußerst angenehm und erholsam. Wir haben selten ein Ferienhaus erlebt, das so vollständig und durchdacht ausgestattet ist. Man spürt in jedem Detail, mit wie viel Engagement, Hingabe und Sorgfalt Barbara das Haus eingerichtet hat. Die Kommunikation und Hilfe waren super, insbesondere die schnelle Lösung, als wir uns ausgesperrt hatten.Ein kleiner Hinweis für ältere Gäste: Die steilen Wendetreppen erfordern etwas Eingewöhnung und sind nicht uneingeschränkt für jeden geeignet. Trotzdem überwiegen die vielen Vorzüge der Unterkunft so sehr, dass wir trotz dieser Herausforderung mit Begeisterung gerne wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus, wie auch auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Uns haben die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und das top ausgestattete Inventar sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind super hilfsbereit und nett, immerzu zur Stelle.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus auch weiterempfehlen, haben aber ein paar nett gemeinte Anmerkungen:Ein Rauchmelder und Feuerlöscher würde in diesem Objekt (Holztreppen) zu etwas mehr Sicherheit führen. Der Parkplatz ist etwa 200m weg, und auch die sehr steilen Treppen im Haus sollten beeinträchtigte Besucher wissen.Die 2 Einzelbetten befinden sich in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer und sind eher für Kinder geeignet.

Traumhaft schönes Strandhaus. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles da, was man sich vorstellen kann inkl LuMa, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm,… Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage ist ruhig und wirklich direkt am Stand. Strand wird täglich gereinigt. Tolle Badebuchten mit Felsen. Bequeme Betten. Traumhaft schöne Sitzgelegenheit auf allen 3 Etagen mit Meerblick bis Afrika… und Delfine von der Terrasse gesehen Absolute Empfehlung.Wir hatten einen der schönsten Aufenthalte unseres Lebens… Erholung Pur

Our stay at Barbara’s beach house was simply amazing. The house is on the beach, so we can hear the waves crashing from our bedroom. The view is stunning from every room of the house. It was impeccable, clean and had everything we needed and much much more. It is not a vacation house, it is a home. Finally, the house is fabulously decorated by Barbara with so many little details, we discovered something new every day. Gerhald and Barbara are amazing hosts, super helpful and responsive within the minute. Honestly, I highly recommend this place, and if we ever come back in Manilva, we will be staying again here ! Thanks a lot for everything!

Fabulous beach house

We had a wonderful stay at the beach house. It is so well equipped with everything you could possibly need; it is spotless and beautifully decorated . The views from the top floor in an evening were incredible. The hosts Barbara and Gerhard were very helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend this wonderful place to other people:

Just perfect for us

Beautiful beach house that had everything we, as a family with 2 young children, could wish for. Barbara and Gerhard were very welcoming and even helped us get a rental car (which is highly recommended). The urbanication is very quiet and safe, the adjacent beach was clean and never full during our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Short getaway

Barbara’s beach house was exactly that – a gorgeous two-bedroom property right on the beach, with stunning views. What a treat it was to watch the sunrise every morning. The house was clean, practical, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbours throughout the development were very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our time there.

Nichts für Türkishasser...

aber für alle anderen super! Kleines toll ausgestattetes Haus direkt am Strand. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Was immer man brauchte, lag sehr wahrscheinlich in einem der Schränke für einen bereit. Alleine die Anzahl an Besteck, Tellern und anderem Geschirr war beeindruckend. Ebenso sah es bei den bereitgestellten Handtüchern, Decken und Strandutensilien aus. Wirklich top. Der Strand war sauber und hatte während unseres Aufenthaltes häufig ordentlich Wellen. Kein großes Problem für uns, aber da der Boden dort schnell abfällt, wahrscheinlich nicht so gut für Kleinkinder. Wenn das Wasser ruhig war, war es auch sehr klar und wir konnten Fische beobachten. Wen es interessiert: Auf dem vorderen Pakplatz gibt es auf der einen Seite Mülltonne für Bio- und Restmüll. Auf der anderen Seite bei der Bushaltestelle gibt es Recycling-, Papier- und Glas-Tonnen. Unser größtes Problem in diesem Urlaub war es, zu entscheiden, ob es gerade im Garten, auf der Terrasse oder auf der Dachterrasse am schönsten war. Wir haben uns in der Zeit dort sehr wohlgefühlt und toll entspannt.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir mieten schon seit fast 20 Jahren Ferienwohnungen aber so eine perfekt ausgestattete Unterkunft hatten wir noch nie. Auch liebevoll dekoriert und total sauber. Die supernetten Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder!
