“great place to stay at pictured rocks”

“Room was wonderful, but was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, difficult for elderly with luggage. Also had to pay a dog fee for each day of our stay, unlike the usual flat rate for the entire stay. Other then these minor issues the room surpassed my expectations. ”

“Front desk help were great! Easy parking and access. Pool, hot tub, and sauna all looked good. Unfortunately there were a LOT of people under the age of 16 staying at the hotel so the pool and hot tub were completely packed with them so we were unable to use them during our stay. Room was clean. Carpet needs to be replaced as it is worn and frayed in spots. Beds were fine. One major problem though was that the room stunk. The whole room smelled like dogs (or people) peed all over in it. ...

“Hotel is very rundown and in need of some major repairs. Bed was clean and comfortable. We think the bathroom was original to the hotel. They have some cheap blinds on the windows and was up all night from the street lights and business lights shining through them and the walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything that’s happening around your room plus all the road traffic. Two interactions we had with lobby. Staff were very good. They were friendly and helpful.”

“Stephanie checked us in, gave ideas for siteseeing and breakfast options, etc. she told us where the best seats in the sunset tour were- thanks! The room was small but very clean, with a comfortable bed. It was quiet, and parking was easy. Fresh coffee in the office in the mornings!”
