“When I arrived, I was a little worried as it is an older hotel and just didn't have the curb appeal of most hotels. I was pleasantly surprised. It is an older hotel that appears to be in transition and trying to be updated. “Harbor Winds is a nice hotel that is smack dab on the waterfront and walking distance to numerous places to eat, shop, or just watch the water. Although on the smaller side, the rooms were clean. Hotel did get new facelift in areas but the hotel still could use an upgrade to all the flooring. Continental breakfast for us was that coffee was nearly empty and looked like some food items were depleted by time were arrived, which was around 8am.
