Good position - close to town.

The grandkids really enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool as it was a hot weekend. Plenty for them to do. Bunk beds were uncomfortable for an adult, but kids ok. No tea towels or enough dessert spoons in the kitchen. All else was fine. Would re-visit. It was convenient for all of our needs.

Great for families and the view is fantastic.

Loved the amount of things on offer for the whole family, tennis courts, pool, games room, trampolines and playground. My kids especially loved all the animals and being able to feed them.

Beautiful rural spot, friendly people and animals

We stayed 1 week with our 7 yo son who loved feeding Peter the Pig daily, listening to the donkey, petting the rabbits, bouncing on the trampoline, swimming in the pool and going on a 1-hour trail ride on one of the rehabilitated horses. This is a fun place to keep the kids away from technology and many of the activities available at no extra charge. The staff are very friendly and we appreciated the relaxed approach to organising a trail ride. The chalets are basic but well fitted out especially with each chalet fitted out with its own BBQ. With just a little extra effort the chalets could be much nicer - regular thorough cleaning and upgrade of the appliances etc. I would recommend to a family who is used to camping and being outdoors, but not to urbanites.

Lots of fun for young children, but overpriced

Late booking for accommodation in Pemberton for 2 single adults - so limited options available. Staff were helpful and businesslike but not particularly chatty or welcoming. Accommodation was very disappointing for the price on first inspection. In the end it turned out to be fairly well equipped - particularly for self catering, but all furnishings and decor were extremely old and tired, to the point where it didn't feel adequately clean even if it was.

Facilities: Tired, Nothing special, Dirty bathroom and floor; Value: Could be better; Service: Basic, Polite; Cleanliness: Filthy, Smelly, Grubby, Cockroachs MouldyBathroom; It was the only accomodation left in town. Wouldnt reccomend unless you cant get anything else.
