The Owners were so nice to us. They upgraded us to a King room without any extra charges. We arrived with two dogs and they wanted us to have more space in the room. We got extra towels too. Super close to downtown. We had quiet nights. Everything was working fine. Rooms were cozy and warm, AC worked too. We would definitely come again. The owners asked us whenever they saw us if we need anything and if we are fine! They are currently working on updating and remodeling the property.

Inn owner was helpful and dropped in when we were having problems with TV. The room we stayed in was Pet Friendly, which is why we stayed there. And the room was pleasant and no trace of other dogs being there.

This property should be condemned! It is obsolete & worn out. A real dump! A motel that is 30 years past its time. We had no choice to stay here because the only other 2 hotels in Mansfield were sold out. Worst Motel/hotel I ever stayed in.

Hi John, You correct being New Owner working on improvement of Property as we just finished 3 months and needs lots of renovation. But our current focus to keep rooms very nice clean and comfy.

The bathroom fan made lots of noise. The water pressure was poor. Heat didnt work right.

The price was reasonable, staff friendly and the room was very clean and spacious. The area is quiet and parking in front of room. I would definitely stay here again. I want to emphasize that the room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Well, it is a roof over your head
Had to laugh at shower. There is a vent above tub that apparently pulls air from bathroom. As I took a shower, the lightweight shower curtain constantly flew up onto me.

Property was not as shown on Expedia's website. Room advertised , room may have been all of 8x11. Very crowded. Bathtub/shower was very old. Entry way had tile/flooring torn and missing. Never saw anyone after checkin. Advertised with complimentary breakfast, nothing available. Would not recommend.

Advertised high speed internet and wifi neither worked in our room and barely in the office. Very shabby outside, room was half assed cleaned, freezer compartment in refer was so full of frost we couldn’t put anything in it, furnishing best described as early Goodwill. AC unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep.

Yes we understand your concern and as we told we are new owner of the pripery and currently working on stage wise improvements. We are going to have wifi in a 2 weeks as new company working on our project that you will never seen in any other hotel. Sorry for inconvenience

This is an older property just acquired by the new owner and his wife a month ago. They were very interested and attentive to our feedback and suggestions. The room was very clean and safe.

Stay away from this hotel!
Will never stay again we did not stay. We left, and they refused to refund our money. They wouldn’t even come to the office door to talk to us worst ever and I will pursue legal action.

It’s basically a motel. Pretty old. Everything inside is old. The bathrooms are old. Attention to detail is pretty low. It is what it is. It’s a motel/inn. The fact that these are normally $100 rooms is pretty shocking. For a few bucks more you can stay in a nice hotel near by.
