Newly Updated Kitchen and Bathrooms in April 2023. 3 bedroom 2 bath 1700 square foot townhouse condo located next to the outdoor pool. Lake views from your private deck or lower level patio. Hi-Speed Fiber Internet, Cable & Smart TV's available at the condo (Zoom Conferencing works great if you have to work or participate in on-line schooling while on vacation). Less than 1 block to Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant & Wine Tasting Room, indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room. Just beyond is sandy beach waterfront amenities, boat moorage, children's activity center, watercraft rentals, tennis, pickle ball, basketball courts and more!

Another great year at Halmalka at Wapato point! I think Bonnie is one of the best hosts I’ve worked with. She responds immediately and is very pleasant. The place was very clean and we don’t have any complaints other than a squeaky bed on the bottom floor. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great time with the family!

We had a wonderful stay at Wapato! This condo accommodated our family perfectly! The neighbors were friendly and the pool is so close by. We really appreciated how well stocked the condo was with EVERYTHING! We definitely are coming back!

Great Multi-Generation Stay

We were very happy with the property, it worked well for our family (grandparents, parents, two kids 3 and 6) and the layout was great. Very updated and a lot nicer than other condos in Wapato Point that other family members were staying at. Tons of amenities, we especially enjoyed the outdoor equipment and the wagon was a lifesaver as we hadn't realized how big Wapato Point is. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to any families as it was very family friendly.

The unit was nicely updated, with lots of natural light, and great views from the deck & patio. The kitchen was well equipped, and the on-site resort staff was very friendly & helpful. Very convenient to restaurants, stores, wineries and the beach.

Great for two families with young children

We had such a lovely time at Bonnie's and wished we could stay longer. The house was a perfect size for 2 families with young children. We were right across from the pool and right next to that was a flat field for the kids to play in. The house itself had everything we needed. The garage had more than enough chairs, pool floats, sand toys and even a wagon! We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful, cozy getaway

Between the amenities of Wapato and the spaciousness, coziness and amenities of this condo unit, it was hard to imagine a better place to spend our last weekend of summer. The unit was clean, well-equipped and perfectly accommodated our family. We would love to stay here again!

So much fun at Wapato Point

Th manager Bonnie was terrific! She quickly returned all my messages about the smoke and was a delight to work with. This was our eighth year at Halmalka staying in different condos, which all have the same floor plan. The pool across the way was wonderful for the grandchildren as well as the putt putt golf. There’s a huge park behind the condos, but that was used by the firefighters this year. We also used the indoor pool one afternoon and went blueberry picking nearby. We were in the lake most of the time and went to the waterpark, slide waters for a day, which probably was the highlight of the trip. All in all, it was another great trip!!!!! We always run into somebody we know from Seattle.

Delightful

We booked a last minute stay in Chelan to be able to connect with our son who is wildland firefighting in the area. We brought traveled with family and girlfriends and had the most delightful time reconnecting!! The place was amazing... I have heard such mixed reviews about Wapato Point so I was nervous, but this place was great!!! Totally updated and new. So many amenities. I would definitely come back. And by the way, thanks to the host for having a lot of different spices .... so helpful!

Exceeded Expectations — Excellent Getaway

Well appointed, extremely clean, perfect location for a getaway. Experience was 5+ stars from start to finish! Best communication and coordination for a rental property in many years of booking via VRBO. Bonnie was very accommodating, friendly, attentive and responsive. Townhouse is well appointed with beach items, kitchen supplies (seasonings, foils, wraps), in a quiet location of the property with beautiful views. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend property and Bonnie.

Five star stay

Lake Chelan is one of our favorite places, and we owned a home there for many years before we moved to Phoenix. This was a "homecoming" trip for us, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The condo was wonderful and amazingly well-equipped. Bonnie gets an A+ as the property manager. We'd love to come back!

Family Christmas

This was a wonderful property with a great kitchen to cook a Christmas dinner. The bar seating worked great for curious grandchildren while I cooked. The property amenities is great for a family even in the winter.
