“Great location and very close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Cleveland. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent, and the pricing was reasonable. The property also offers good amenities like plenty of parking, a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. That said, the property and rooms are in serious need of renovation. The rooms were not well maintained and felt dirty, with noticeable cracks and stains, especially in the bathroom. The air conditioner was extremely loud...

“Comfort”

“Large indoor space but the pool was crowded with very noisy kids and a wedding was going on.”

“We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time.”
