  • Tequila Sunrise is a cozy lake house on one of the greatest fishing lakes in the world, Toledo Bend Lake. Located in the heart of Lanan Bay in a quiet and secure neighborhood with no through traffic. It is minutes away from Toledo Town which has a grocery store, restaurants, gas station/convenient store with a tackle shop and the very popular Cypress Bend Resort/Marina. Adequate parking for a boat and extra vehicles with a two-car carport attached to the home. Lake house is equipped with a boat house, which has been proven to be excellent on crappie fishing. In addition, there is an outdoor kitchen area with a sink, half bath, picnic table, barbeque pit, and 4 gallon deep fryer. Paddle boats, kayak, and canoe available for use. Sleeps 4-6 comfortable.

    This lake house is named Tequila Sunrise after my late Father, as the Tequila Sunrise was his favorite artificial lure color which is very successful on Toledo Bend for bass fishing.

    Toledo Town and Tackle - 11904 Texas Hwy, Many, LA 71449 Best place in town for tackle and breakfast biscuits. Mr. C’s Café has great burgers inside. Order ahead if you short on time. Sometimes Mr. C’s Café is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Call ahead (5.0 miles)

    El Patio - 180 San Antonio Ave, Many, LA 71449 (5.1 miles) Great Mexican restaurant

    Family Dollar - 12200 Texas Hwy, Many, LA 71449 (5.2 miles)

    Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park (6 miles) – It has a Lazy River, three swimming pools, splash-pad for kids, adult and kids water-slides, mini-golf, kangaroo jumper, playground, gift shop, café and more.

    Cypress Bend Golf Resort and Marina – (11.7 miles) Extremely nice golf resort on the lake with a great restaurant. Kids can also swim on the sand beaches at the marina.

This was hands down the absolute best place we have ever stayed at! The house was so clean and adorable decorated perfectly. Supplies like none other. Communication was superb. They sent me links for boat ramps which was sooo helpful since we were visitors from another state. Allowed us to check in 4 hrs before original check in time.

One of the best!

Great location, close to two boat launches, groceries, bait and gas. Property was very clean and well stocked. It is centrally located to some great fishing spots including the chicken coop. I would recommend this property if you want to relax and fish.

Fabulous memories

My family had such a wonderful three day weekend. The house was beautiful well stocked with amenities. We had two couples with one 12 year old grand child there was plenty of room for more. The host was very friendly, kind and considerate would recommend to everyone.

My farther and I booked this place for a fishing trip. It had everything we needed and was super clean. Great location and on the water. Michael was excellent to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

Our family had the best time at this property. The electricity was out when we arrived due to a storm, but the owner was more than gracious with options in case it didn't come back on soon (which it did). The home was very clean and stocked with everything we would need and more, and the back yard/deck/outdoor pit area was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Tequila Sunrise

Excellent two bedroom home on Toledo Bend Lake. All immunities listed on the site were accurate, great A/C, very comfortable environment. Great yard on the lake, excellent cook house, nice large wharf to fish from as well as tie up your boats. The wharf is also great for just hanging out and relaxation.. a wonderful place!! No doubt, we’ll be back!

Anniversary weekend

The property is just gorgeous. Absolutely love the house. Very clean and neat. The only complaint I have is there were only 2 forks and 2 spoons. More eating utensils are needed. Will definitely stay again

Perfect house on a quiet cove!

I rented this house for 3 night and it was an amazing home. Very well kept and just a beautiful on the inside as on the outside lake view! The owner of the Michael was very quit to answer the phone and help with all my questions. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice house in Lananas on Toledo bend! We will be a repeat customer for our next fishing trip

Great place to stay

The house was exactly as described, nicely decorated and spacious. Boat dock you can fish off of. The house was stocked with all the necessity’s. Very quiet nice neighborhood on a dead end street. We will definitely be back!!

The overall stay and neighbors are nice. The only down side was that the septic backed up and flooded all the backyard area so we couldn’t do much with our toddler and the shower in the guest bath didn’t work. Also, the electricity flickered when u turn the ac down, which was unfortunate.

Family get away Spring Break 2023

The family was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the home and property. looks to have been recently renovated. The house was very clean and spacious there were 6 of us and never felt crowded at all. The home was easy to find and in a nice neighborhood. the home came with a large dock on Toledo Bend lake and was not far from boat ramp, we were able to park our boat at the dock and use the lake from the property which was a big bonus for us since we came to fish Toledo Bend Lake. Communication with owner was great, check in and out was easy as they come. if you are planning a trip to this area I would recommend staying at this Home. Will stay here again if the opportunity was to ever come up.

Great weekend getaway

My husband and I spend the weekend here and had a wonderful time. The house was spotless and all of the cooking items we needed were there plus some. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the dock and outdoor cookhouse as well. We cooked dinner outside both nights of our stay. It is screened and has a couple of fans which helped with the bugs, heat, and smoke from the grill. We fished from dock and, although we only caught small fish, there were plenty of them. I also had a fun encounter with a turtle who was fascinated by my cork. It just kept coming back to play - I probably enjoyed that more than the fishing.
