Ampio condominio Ocean Front con vista mozzafiato, complesso turistico con 3 piscine

Condominio Bella Vista è parte del complesso Condominio El Faro recintato e recintato seduto più di 300 piedi sopra Santiago Bay e il caldo, blu del Pacifico. Il nostro balcone rivolto a ovest è un luogo perfetto per osservare le balene o godere di spettacolari tramonti sull'acqua. Ma questa è solo la metà della vista, perché il balcone di 600 piedi quadrati avvolge questo condominio all'ultimo piano che fornisce 270 gradi di paesaggi mozzafiato, tra alba sulle montagne dell'entroterra che circondano la città di Manzanillo e le luci della città sotto scintillante notti stellato. Il complesso El Faro è noto per i suoi motivi resort e tre aree piscina, invitando brezze e personale molto efficiente, compreso il servizio di pulizia due volte alla settimana. Recentemente rinnovata, questa unità contemporanea con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni è un perfetto rifugio per due coppie o una famiglia di quattro o cinque persone. I soffitti 14 piedi e grandi finestre in tutta danno il grande, unità 1.776 piedi quadrati un luminoso, sensibilità aperta che disegna in mezzo alla natura spettacolare, dando la sensazione che si sta vivendo in cima al mondo.

This gets a 12 out of a 10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at your condo. The views were stunning, the condo superb, and accommodations very inviting and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, the pools lovely and nice to have loungers at all the pools. From the wrap around decks you could see the whole bay. The lights and views are mesmerizing. There are two areas with comfortable chairs to view both sides of the bay and the surrounding areas. We really did not want to leave. We could easily live here. There is a good restaurant very close to the condo. Grocery stores are a short hop away as well as shopping and restaurants. The only complaint we had, was we wished we had a whole lot more time there, and that is a good complaint. Thank you Jack and Cindy for a great stay!

Paradise

What can we say about the condo and the view, other then breathtaking, amazing, and peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the wonderful wrap around deck as it provides shade or sun at anytime of the day and is excellent for entertaining and relaxing. We enjoy cooking and we found the kitchen well equipped with lots of counter space to prepare meals. The dining area has very comfortable chairs which makes it ideal for entertaining and visiting with guests. The living room has a lovely sectional, great for stretching out to watch movies on Netflix. The bathrooms have all the modern conveniences and were very clean with lots of towels and supplies. The bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable, and lots of storage room. The pantry/laundry room has lots of supplies and was very handy for a longer stay. The hosts were always happy and prompt to assist with any questions, which made the stay very enjoyable. We hope to stay here when we visit Manzanillo in the future. Love your condo in paradise.

This is one of the nicest condos in Manzanillo

Having visited Manzanillo many times over the last 25 years, Condo BellaVista is by far the nicest we have rented. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage. Rooms are spacious with comfortable, attractive furnishings. The condo has Wifi access, a beautiful new HDTV and stereo, and even an attachment for my iPod. Most important, the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. And the view from the wrap around terrace is fantastic. Although this is a relatively large condo complex (5 buildings), it is very quiet. And Condo Bella Vista at the top floor of Building 1 is very private. The three swimming pools on the property are beautiful and our neighbors charming and friendly. Muchos Canadiense, eh! El Faro is close to everything on the peninsula - golf, tennis, swimming and snorkeling a five minute walk away on Audiencia beach, and for longer beach hikes the 5 mile long and flat beaches of Santiago Bay are just down the hill. Shopping is a only a 10 minute cab ride or drive away and there are all types of restaurants nearby, some in walking distance. The owner was very helpful in getting us established and has checked on our satisfaction. Happily we have had little problem. All in all, this is the perfect setting for a great visit to Manzanillo. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return We can highly recommend Condo BellaVista . It's worthy of its 5 star rating.

Gem of a property

My husband and I spent 13 nights at this property. From all reviews we read we had high expectations, and let me tell you, we were not disappointed! When we arrived, we were greeted by one of the employees and shown our condo which was a corner unit on the top floor. The condo is tastefully decorated with just the right amount of personal touches. Very spacious 2 bed/2 bath and large balcony with a stunning view. You have everything you need there, including a Weber BBQ which we used nearly daily for our dinner. The property is on a steep hill, we enjoyed walking around the different streets and see the amazing houses. You have 2 beaches nearby that, if you don’t mind walking up and downhill, are in walking distance. The property itself has a salt water pool (heated) and an unheated normal pool, and a small third one. The neighbors of the condo community are welcoming and warm. There’s a great Pizza restaurant (Rito’s) just behind the condo which I highly recommend. It is an amazing place and we hope to come back in the near future. Cindy and Jack have been terrific virtual hosts, from the start of booking throughout our stay. They both mad our stay even better, and were ever so helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic

El Faro, Jacks/Cindy, place. is fantastic, as the "Cocinero", kitchen well equipped just needs a "whetstone" and a " masher". The view off your balcony is great, especially in the evenings with the lovely winds. The "Condo" met all of our needs, as two mature couples, it was lovely. Liked your selection of books, ie "Fawcett", and" hearts in Spain.". Never thought of turning on the TV, sorry too much to do else wise. Your neighbours are great, and the staff is wonderful. Sharon and I thought of making an offer on a two bedroom 'Condo" at El Faro, but for the next year, four weeks in the "British Isles" beacons , sorry, too young to settle down. You have a wonderful place, hopefully we left it in the same condition that we found your 'Condo". For two mature couples, your place was 'heaven on Earth". Please keep in touch, Dave/Sharon

Buena Vista - I'll say!

The property was amazing... the views are, indeed, beautiful. The condo was well appointed with nice attention to detail - Mexican in flavor and modern in its amenities. We truly enjoyed the approach that foretold what lay ahead: the fragrance of a curry plant, the lazy iguanas on the palm fronds overhead, the buzz of the hummers... There was air conditioning available, but we never needed it - gentle breezes took care of us. The wrap around terrace afforded some of the best views we've ever enjoyed in a vacation spot. Beverages from coffee to cocktails were enjoyed on said terrace while listening to the surf, watching the sun set over the mountains above the coast, while the other vista on the wrap around gave us the city lights glittering below. The restaurants and beach spots we visited added more stars than we are allowed for rating! The pools were all gorgeous and the entire property is beautifully landscaped with an attentive staff to help with everything! Such a very relaxing experience. On our 'go back' list!

A week in paradise!

We totally enjoyed Condo Bella Vista. The sunrises are spectacular, and we greeted them with a cup of coffee and the quiet chirps of the hummingbirds which flock to their feeder. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets overlooking the ocean and mountains while sipping our favorite cocktails with hors d'oeuvres from the wrap around veranda of this beautiful condo (one of our most favorite parts of the day)! The views here are breathtaking from the lovely, breezy veranda with comfortable, mediterranean blue furniture....the vistas of the ocean surrounded by mountains, the town, and the palm filled golf course! Paradise! As we entered the front door, our expectations were exceeded; the colors of Mexico abound in the lovely, colorful decor, the gentle breezes flow freely with the sliding doors all open to view the spectacular surroundings. We slept with the doors open to hear the ocean waves through the night. Just steps away, the gorgeous pools are another paradise. The views and surroundings are so inviting; the vibrant blues of the sky and cool water of the saltwater pool, the terra cotta terrace, the tropical flowers abound, and they all pop with the crisp white architecture of the buildings that surround. Aaahhh,,. paradise! This condo has everything you need to feel at home.....lovely towels, tableware, glasses, bedding, and furniture. Just minutes away are wonderful restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed lunches with margaritas and cervezas on the beach, and we dined al fresco with delicious fresh fish dishes while watching the sunset. Aaahhh... paradise! We hope you will discover and enjoy this 5 star Mexican paradise for yourselves. It is LOVELY!

Top of the Hill

You open the door of this "penthouse" to cathedral ceiling rooms and spectacular ocean views. The condo is comfortable, immaculate and nicely stocked with bath & kitchen equipment. The property manager speaks excellent English and goes out of her way to help. The other guests/owners are friendly and the pool is warm and glamorous. Cabs are easy and reasonable to take you down the mountain to any of the many restaurants. Seafood nd sunshine-what's not to like? We will return and highly recommend Bella Vista to others who like being on top f the world.

Fabulous condo - highly recommended

A wafting night breeze that gently caresses, rhythmic ocean waves, a comfortable bed and morning bird song all contribute to longer and better sleeps than normal. The plentiful, clever and humourous artwork make this place feel like a home rather than a rental unit. With a well-stocked kitchen and a good book, there is little to entice one away from the balcony with its ever-changing vistas and gorgeous sunsets. But, alas, going out is a must. The local bus and taxi systems provide efficient and inexpensive transportation, even without a car. Our favourite beaches for full day outings and lunch were Miramar, Boquita and Santiago. Don't miss the small veggie and fish vendors in Santiago in lieu of the mega-stores in Manzanillo. We had worthwhile trips to Barra de Navidad, Colima and Comala, and snorkeling. Trip Advisor led us to a surprising number of good restaurants. We have been to a number of magical places in Mexico, and in this condo Manzanillo was among the best. Many thanks to Cindy and Jack.

Great condo, location, and views!

I've stayed here twice and the experience has been outstanding both times. I spend the early mornings on the balcony watching the lights of the city and the sunrise. Actually, I spend quite a bit of time on the balcony as there are always nice breezes and beautiful sunsets over the bay. The condo itself is perfect. Nice family room, everything you need in a kitchen and bedrooms are good sized with lots of storage. Choice of two swimming pools on the property and they have always been clean and refreshing. The location is great. If you are in downtown Manzanillo area, you are at the end of the things that you want to get to. Here, you are centrally located to restaurants, beaches, and within 25 minutes or so of the airport. I couldn't recommend this property more highly!

Beautiful Views!

We booked our trip to Manzanillo 6 weeks prior to leaving and we had very little time to find accommodations. We came upon Condo Bella Vista and the pictures seemed great and the views stunning. Jack managed our request quickly and professionally. Upon arrival the condo looked exactly like the photos on the website, but the views were breathing taking. Every night we sat outside enjoying the spectacular views, sipping wine and playing cards. We walked down every morning to one of the beaches, relaxed, rented boogie boards and enjoyed wonderful food. The red food truck downtown and the stand near the market had the best fish and chicken tacos. We taxied back up to the condo some days, but walking is manageable with proper footwear. We rented a car one day and drove to Barra de Navidad, took the boat taxi to the island and enjoyed fresh seafood at Maria's. It was excellent! Overall our trip was fantastic. There were very few tourists and the experience felt more authentic than many places in Mexico we have visited. The condo was beautiful, the grounds and pool immaculate and the staff extremely helpful. Thank you Jack for renting the condo, it was perfect!

Family of four spent the holidays at this exceptional property.

What a fantastic choice for our 2013 holiday! The property is well situated on a hill summit with incredible views of both the ocean and the town of Manzanillo. Picture a growing storm of billowing grey clouds moving in from the north, bolts of lightening seeking distant peaks contrasted with the colorful sunset over the Pacific in shades of blue, purple, orange, pink and red. Watching the New Year's Eve celebration from the Condo Bella Vista balcony we saw basketball sized candle flame powered "balloons" rise above the city glowing softly as they drifted in the breeze. For our family of four adults (parents and two children) the Condo Bella Vista was as much an attraction as the beach, the surrounding communities and the night clubs. It was a comfortable home to return to after a day of exploring or sampling restaurant cuisine. For home cooked meals the kitchen provided a convenience for four people with different tastes in food. The expansive layout of the property allowed privacy and escape when each of us sought solitude. Owner Jack was professional in his administration of the property and assisted us when asked about some specific logistics. The condominium management were helpful and the woman who cleans the property twice a week knows what clean is! I do suggest that if guests are arriving by their own car that directions be available from some landmark in Manzanillo to assist finding the property. If you are concerned about not being located directly on the beach, don't be. There are multiple beach locations to check out depending upon the type of activity you want. Don't miss beach town of Barra de Navidad about 40K north. Laid back and friendly, good food and "bar" kiosks along the walkway. They got surf too! A distinct difference from Manzanillo. Thanks Jack and Condo Bella Vista for helping us enjoy a wonderful family vacation.

Wonderful Time in Manzanillo

We spent a fantastic Christmas holiday at Condo Bella Vista. The large, well appointed Condo was our little piece of heaven during our week long visit to Mexico.The panoramic view was amazing, something we took advantage of as much as possible, especially during sunset. We also enjoyed the refreshing daily dips in the pool. I highly recommend Condo Bella Vista to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. You will not be disappointed.

Luxury and Value

Since our original visit to Condo BellaVista in 2009 we have visited Manzanillo and returned to Condo BellaVista annually. Each time on our return we find that our hosts have continued to make improvements to the condo to make it even more luxurious, comfortable and accommodating. Changes have included small things like kitchen appliance upgrades or decorative touches, to major improvements such as new terracotta flooring throughout the condo and major bath remodeling. It's obvious that Jack and Cindy take pride in making sure that their guests are treated to the very nicest of accommodations during their vacation in Manzanillo. We plan to return and continue to highly recommend Condo BellaVista for your vacation in Manzanillo.

Loved it!

Our trip to Manzanillo was our first time in Mexico and we can't wait to go back! We had no idea what to expect, but Condo Bella Vista was absolutely wonderful. Spacious, clean and comfortable, with amazing views. We spent a lot of time on the porch just relaxing and taking in the scenery. It really felt like a home away from home. There is wifi (very important to us!). The kitchen is fully equipped and fully functional and grocery shopping is very close by. Guidebooks and maps are provided and really helped us get our bearings. The owners were very responsive answered all of our questions before and during our stay. The beds are comfortable. What more could you ask for? The condo is in close proximity to so many different beaches, each with its own personality. Some of them are walkable, but we rented a car and were able to visit even more. When we weren't interested in the beach, the pools at the condo complex were great. Everyone we ran into at the complex was very friendly and helpful. With all the beaches, the pools, a day trip to Colima, shopping and restaurants, our trip to Manzanillo flew by. We definitely will stay at Condo Bella Vista when we return - and perhaps bring some friends!

What a stunning place. So big, spacious, airy and comfortable. The views are fantastic and although Manzanillo is a great place to visit I could have spent my whole vacation in the condo and at one of the 3 fabulous pools. The ocean breezes keep the whole place cool even on the hottest days. And the maps, menus and booklets provided at the condo were so helpful for someone who had never been in this area before. We loved our time at Condo Bella Vista.
