Scaccia il freddo del Pacifico nord-occidentale godendoti la nostra autentica sauna finlandese per tre persone finlandese all'aperto e la nostra vasca idromassaggio Marquis per cinque persone. I tuoi problemi si scioglieranno mentre guardi il surf martellare a soli 50 metri dalla sabbia. A pochi passi dall'incantevole villaggio di Manzanita, la Neahkahnie Beach House offre una delle viste più belle della costa dell'Oregon. Il suo orientamento unico verso l'Oceano Pacifico a ovest e la Neahkahnie Mountain a nord offrono un facile accesso alle attività in spiaggia e vedute senza ostacoli delle onde ondulate dell'oceano, delle scogliere e delle cascate dal soggiorno e dalle camere da letto.

La casa di 1.800 piedi quadrati, 3 camere da letto e 3½ bagni, ristrutturata nel 2017, ha una pianta aperta con soffitti a volta. Accoglienti divani in pelle italiana nel soggiorno sono perfetti per godersi la vista della famiglia sulla spiaggia, le balene appena passate le onde e gli splendidi tramonti. Sono inclusi tutti i servizi speciali che desideri durante una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante: TV Samsung a schermo piatto da 50 pollici con Sonos PLAYBAR, autentica sauna finlandese per tre persone finlandese all'aperto, vasca idromassaggio Marquis per cinque persone, barbecue a gas su un ponte riparato dal vento, un barbecue a carbone per grigliate con vista sull'oceano, una stufa a legna - e persino una chitarra e ukulele per strimpellare il blues.

Due camere da letto matrimoniali hanno bagni privati nuovissimi e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. Raggiunto da un sentiero fuori casa, una stanza bonus seminterrato con luce del giorno con mezzo bagno, giochi, giochi da spiaggia, boogie board --- e altro per intrattenere i bambini (e gli adulti).

Sia che tu voglia fare un'escursione nel West State Park di Oswald, fare un tuffo freddo, surfare le onde, guardare le balene, arrostire marshmallow sulla spiaggia o immergerti nella vasca idromassaggio mentre conti le stelle, Neahkahnie Beach House è il posto ideale dove stare. A soli 90 miglia da Portland, il centro di Manzanita offre negozi, ristoranti, caffetterie, una biblioteca pubblica e altro ancora. Nelle vicinanze si trovano anche Nehalem Bay per kayak e pesca, Manzanita Golf Course e Oswald West State Park.

Let’s start with toilet paper. Our host cared enough to supply us with rich lush TP and not that “crappy” stuff often found in rentals. Our host also supplied firewood, which we enjoyed - liberally.Great views, sweet hot tub and sauna.The Power went out for a bit during a storm, and Our host sent someone to check on our welfare.Clean. Great communication.

Very nice home that is well kept up. Location is great with easy beach access just across the street. The view is spectacular! Nice to have both the hot tub and sauna. The beds are comfortable. The owners and local management are very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

We have stayed at this superb location for a number of years. Each year it seems even better. ....beautiful view, attentive owners , hot tub, sauna , easy beach access and many more attractions. Pristine cleanliness from Jill and her helpers. Plenty of toys for kids , books about the area and wildlife. We could go on and on. As you can tell, we are ready to sign up for next year !

Wonderful stay, home is beautifully curated.

This home is magically situated for incredible sunsets, with sensational views from the large window in the living room. Our stay here was incredibly comfortable with every need met. The house is very well appointed a great place to spend time with friends and family.

Worth it for the view alone!

This was such an amazing property! We visited for spring break and from the moment we checked-in to the moment we checked-out, it was perfect. The location can't be beat. The house was perfectly clean, cozy beds, everything you could need. As a mom, I especially appreciated how kid friendly the property is and the fact that there were ziplocs and foil available - a small thing that goes such a long way when you're traveling! We can't wait to come back again!

Nothing short of a wonderful stay!

You can see that the view is amazing (pics don’t do it justice) and the location is great. Amenities like a hot tub and sauna are a bonus. What you can’t see are all the little things they have done to make your stay amazing. There wasn’t one item in the kitchen that we couldn’t find. They were even more than we didn’t even know could exist let alone in a rental! Little things like amazing towels, great comforters, it felt like friends had given us their home for the long weekend. And to top it off the house was spotless and the communication great. It was very difficult to leave thale spectacular view. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stunning Seaside Retreat

This house has the most gorgeous views of any place I've stayed and moreover, the hosts have created a thoroughly welcoming, comfortable and charming retreat. It is thoughtfully designed and generously provisioned with everything you'll need for stay-at-home meals. The hot tub (with a view!) and sauna went a long way toward making cold, rainy days more enjoyable.

Stunning Manzanita Beach House

This beautifully appointed Beach House is perfection. The views are absolutely stunning with big picture windows, high-end furnishings rocking chairs to enjoy the view right across the street from the beach and Ocean. This home has everything that you need for a perfect getaway. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are spa like inspired. The large soaking tub in the primary suite is pure luxury. The outdoor barbecue sauna and hot tub add to this beautiful retreat. The hosts are wonderful and communicate in a timely fashion. It is five stars and a 10 out of 10.

Lovely - again!

We were here in April and again in October. We enjoyed everything about the house and had decent weather both times. The kitchen is nicely stocked, everything is clean, and the "extras" are so thoughtful - uke and guitar, telescope, great books, sauna, hot tub… lots to love!

As Usual, It was Special

We have stayed here a number of years in a row. This house has a wonderful view, many extra special features and is spotlessly clean. Right across from the beach where beach walking , kite flying , belly board surfing are all easy and fun. Every cooking utensil and appliances necessary for meal prep are available and they all work !!! The owners are very attentive and it is so evident that they want visitors to have a great time. And every year we do so !

This house has it all!

Everything you need and then some very thoughtful extras. The view was the best - ocean and the mountain. The wood stove was the only heat in the living room and was hard to figure out and then control but we got there. We all enjoyed the spa and hot tub. Hope to return!

Outstanding!

One of the first aspects you see, is the unbelievable view, framed perfectly with the windows in the living room and kitchen. Then you notice the personal touch of welcome gifts. Yes, gifts, multiple- very thoughtful with local treasures- thank you! The cleanliness and condition of the house is 5 🌟 and above. Having two primary bedrooms with amazing bathrooms, plus another bedroom and central bathroom make a great layout for our rejuvenation and thanksgiving break. A quick 1 minute walk to the beach and you can stroll the beach and enjoy the sounds and sunsets. We enjoyed eating in the local restaurants, and visiting the shops in Manzanita, and quick trips to Cannon beach, Nehalem, Wheeler and Rockaway. Such a great central location for your vacation. We greatly appreciate John and Maria sharing their home with us, thank you! We would absolutely stay here again.

Another Great Week

This was another wonderful week in a truly special home with a beautiful view. The house was pristine and the owners add some special touches each year , Our only "problem " was there are so many things to do that we could not use everything --sauna, hot tub , game room , beach toys !! Beautiful weather and gorgeous views. Close to the beach across the street...what else could we ask for ?
