“The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick on check in / check out. The kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated. Beach access was super close. It was quiet overnight too! The only thing I'd recommend is to bring your own pillow, unless you like the memory foam ones. All the pillows were memory foam. We will be back next time we plan a trip to Rockaway! ”

“We had to wait an agonizing 45 minutes just to check in to the hotel, only to find that our room wasn't even ready yet. It wasn't until we expressed our dissatisfaction that the staff—wearing visibly unhappy expressions—finally handed us the keys to our room. Consequently, just five minutes later, we checked out and left. It truly turned out to be an unpleasant and unlucky day.”

“There was no facial tissue (just an empty box) and no floor bath towel. The shower should be washed regularly as it has a very overwhelming dog smell. The second bed frame is not anchored to the headboard or wall so it keeps sliding on the floor with a bit of pressure against the sides, which is a safety issue even though guests are aware of it. Handrails to the beach trail needs to be repaired and replaced; some are missing completely. Otherwise, everything else is fine.”
