Pelican Point: Oceanview Getaway in Manzanita (MCA # 200)

Fuga verso la città costiera di Manzanita e questa rilassante casa di quattro camere da letto con una splendida vista sull'Oceano Pacifico e sul monte Neahkahnie. Sarai una casa dalla spiaggia, a quattro isolati da un campo da golf ea pochi passi dal Nehalem Bay State Park. Camminare a meno di un miglio dai negozi del centro lungo la spiaggia sabbiosa o attraverso i quartieri su strade pedonali / ciclabili.

Questa casa a 2 piani - perfetta per famiglie multiple o gruppi di amici - può ospitare 12 ospiti (4 camere da letto, 6 posti letto, 2 bagni). La camera da letto padronale tentacolare dispone di un balcone privato, una zona di seduta bonus con TV e un divano-letto. Anche al piano superiore si gode un soggiorno che si apre su un grande ponte che si affaccia sull'oceano. Lo stereo ospita i tuoi CD e cassette classici così come il Bluetooth.

Il piano inferiore ha un soggiorno di intrattenimento con TV HD, giochi (Xbox One) e un lettore DVD. Il cavo premium viene fornito con HBO, ESPN e altro ancora. C'è un bagno completo sono due camere da letto: una camera da letto matrimoniale e un'altra camera ideale per i bambini, con un divano letto e un letto a castello. Questa casa offre Wi-Fi, giochi da tavolo e diverse biciclette. È inoltre disponibile un barbecue grill a gas all'aperto.

Per quelli con i bambini, abbiamo un Pack 'n Play con materasso e culla e un cancello delle scale per il secondo piano. Abbiamo anche secchi di sabbia, blocchi e macchinine.

This was a wonderful stay for our group of nine. When we were leaving, I had difficulty with the lockbox (my fault) and called Patrick for help. Within minutes he returned my call and walked me through the process. Perfect!We watched spectacular sunsets and talked books and life in a comfortable setting. We all agreed we'd stay here again.

Beautiful views, spacious, and so close to beach access. Great for families or large groups. We like to cook our own food so the grill and full kitchens were perfect. Well stocked with cookware and spices. Beds were comfy too!

Spring Break Repeat

Our second-straight Spring Break stay at Pelican Point was another hit. The house works well in any weather, and we enjoyed our week cooking, playing games, exploring the beach, and strolling downtown. My favorite touch is the large selection of tapes and CDs, which are a nice hit of nostalgia. It's a great place for multi-generational families or multiple families of four staying together. The kitchen is well stocked and they have a lot of basic cooking supplies- like condiments, spices, and oil.

Boy's Crabbing Trip

This was a perfect location for the boys to stay. They were able to go out crabbing all day on Saturday and visit a few places for beer and pool in the evening.

Week at the beach!

We enjoyed a lovely time at this home. We loved the views and the short walk to the beach. The home was comfortable for our 9 family members. Owners were very responsive. The list of restaurants and places to visit was very thoughtful!

Fun at the beach

The property was amazing had everything we needed. Is just big enough for 12 people and having 2 living rooms and kitchens was great. The view from the decks was awsome we could see the water. The walk to the beach was very close

Family Fest

Our two families with young children had a wonderful stay at Pelican Point. Manzanita is always charming, but this house is wonderfully furnished and supplied with almost everything you want in a vacation home. The kitchen was well stocked, which is a big money saver. Plus, the audio system is a treat for music fans. Finally, the master bedroom is an apartment unto itself, giving everyone space to relax. The owners are also very responsive. Don't forget your bike helmets-- it's an easy ride to town or the state park.

Great location and a perfect family spot

We had a great time at Pelican Point. Teenagers loved their own space dowstairs. They even did some bike riding with the house bikes. Upstairs we had great views and the space was cozy. We would stay again.

Triple hit!

Our third time staying at Pelican Point for a week was every bit as enjoyable as our previous times. Updates to a bathroom and bedroom are very nice! As usual, we found the house clean, kitchen well stocked and organized, plenty of beach towels available and great sand toys! The house is so nice and comfortable and the views of the ocean so spectacular. With the short walk to the beach, Pelican Point is a fabulous place to enjoy the beauty of the Oregon Coast.

A Relaxing Space

Pelican Point is a great family beach rental. Steps from the beach, bikes/toys in the garage, plenty of space for all and an eclectic vibe that made it easy to relax. The property managers were responsive and attended to the little details. Thank you!

Perfect getaway

We had four generation family vacation here, ages 5-91. It was perfect. Lots of room, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. We went to the beach, cooked seafood, and put puzzles together The house is set up so we could be all together , or we could get away for quiet time. The house was spotless, and very well stocked. Perfect!!!

Perfect Pacific Coast Location

Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as we expected and it provided everything we needed. Access to the beach was easy (even for some of us with older legs) 😊 and we could walk to town. Also, Oswald West hiking trail was gorgeous and within 5 miles of the house! Great experience all around!

Great location!

We had a great stay with extended family for 6 days. Location is wonderful right by the dunes and beach, one mile from the grocery in Manzanita. The house is comfortable and great for both kids and adults.

Christmas at the beach!

Great house - especially with some very wintry weather (even for Christmas at the beach), we spent more time indoors and less time out exploring than we would have figured. The house has 3 different seating areas, so folks could spread out when the wanted to, but easily fit us when we were together. The kitchen cooked us several holiday meals, and it was nice to have the extra kitchen downstairs as well. We had an awesome time, and the hosts were great about checking in with us.

Nice location

Positioned in south Manzanita, steps from the beach. Quiet, with great views from the main deck. House itself is older construction (actually a converted duplex), with a few upgrades (bathrooms, appliances) but also older furnishings, and so not sure it commands the price we paid.

Wonderful location

This property was perfect for our get-away. It had enough space for our family and we enjoyed the location, close to the beach and the house was full of all the kitchen items we needed as well as toys for the kids and spaces to spread out.

Everything you need for the beach!

Great location, very clean, spacious rooms, views, huge selection of toys and games for indoors and out! Great spot for families because you can put noisy kids downstairs and adults can enjoy the deck views upstairs.

one of best vaca stays ever

This awesome house was only steps away from the dunes and the ocean. it was spotless, well designed, equipped with all the amenities you could want. Excellent place for a group of friends or family to stay. I give it a 10 on a scale of 1-10. Book early.
