Finemente ristrutturato, a metà del secolo moderna casa sulla spiaggia a pochi passi dall'oceano con migliore sull'oceano e Neakhanie vista sulle montagne in Manzanita. Essere uno dei primi a noleggiare questa bella casa.

Progettato per portare una famiglia insieme, oltre a fornire spazi privati. Piano terra: grande sala con soffitti cattedrale, TV via cavo, camino a legna con aperto, nuova cucina e bagno di servizio; Master suite con pavimenti riscaldati in bagno padronale. Al piano terra: salone con camino, TV e divano letto che può ospitare 2, camera con letto matrimoniale, camera con 2 letti matrimoniali e 1 letto singolo (letto a castello con letto singolo a rotelle che tira fuori) può ospitare fino a 5 persone e sala da bagno con il calore terra, camere da letto e den tutte con vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano. Outdoor bib tubo calda e fredda, che può essere usato come una doccia, pozzo del fuoco, prati, cortili e terrazze.

Hi, We had a great time at this vacation home. We had 8 people a baby and it had enough space to fit everyone comfortably. The views were incredible and we got so lucky with the weather. My one and only complaint was that it appeared that construction was taking place in the bathroom and in two of the bedrooms. The bathroom ceiling had plastic covering it and one bedroom had visible wood and another had a hole behind the bunk bed. We still enjoyed our stay very much, but these details would be important to share with future visitors!

We had an amazing stay at this oceanfront home in Manzanita! The views are absolutely incredible, and direct access to the beach made it easy to enjoy long walks, sunsets and storms every day.The house itself is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. We especially loved the heated bathroom floors, which were such a cozy and thoughtful extra touch after coming in from the cool coastal air. The kitchen and living spaces were perfect for relaxing with family while still taking in those panoramic ocean views. Some of the pots and pans could use an update, but we had everything needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. One thing to be aware of is that the stairs leading down to the bedrooms are fairly steep and narrow with a sturdy handrail, but there is also convenient access to the downstairs level through an outside door, which made it much easier. We enjoyed ping pong in the garage and it is a nice walk to downtown shops and restaurants.Overall, we loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A beautiful spot in a great location!

This house was absolutely gorgeous. The view was amazing; the pictures don't do it justice. The house was clean with very comfy beds and seating. The kitchen is well stocked and it was easy to make a few simple meals. It rained almost our entire stay and this house was cozy and welcoming. We sat by a nice fire, watching the stunning king tides, with movies playing. Really perfect for our family. Thank you again.

We thought this place was great and would go back again. Wonderful views, steps from the beach, well equipped with dishes and pots and pans and spices, comfortable beds. Manzanita is such a lovely little town -that grocery store is amazingly well packed with everything you need and friendly folks!Suggest have some more glasses and include wine glasses, Kleenex tissue and a spray counter cleaner.

The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. The views were awesome. We crabbed, golfed, went on the beach, and hiked the cliffs, all just minutes away. We used the fireplace, the fire pit, cooked feasts, and played games, all with the ocean just a stone's throw away.

Getaway to the Oregon Coast

This property is amazing - the location and views are excellent and most everything about the property was perfect. The kitchen / living room had most of what anyone could need for a stay with cooking. The fire pit and adirondack chairs are also great and comfortable - very inviting. 2 items that could be improved are:- communication during the stay could be improved- it’s unclear if we should have communicated via Vrbo or directly and so an inquiry regarding a propane tank when I answered for a period of time.- second area of concern is the fourth bedroom with the double bunk. That room is very outdated and the carpet quite an eyesore with spots and stains it appears.

Amazing property

Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay over the 4th of July. Manzanita is wonderful during the 4th and this property set it above all else. My sons were visiting from out of state and we enjoyed our mini family reunion with each of us having our own rooms and spaces. The beach views and access were top notch. Property amenities and cleanliness were a 10. Hope to stay again soon

As usual, we enjoyed our stay at Sand and Sea. Love the views in this place and great location to beach. Easy for my 90yr old mother to navigate, and plenty of spots outside to enjoy the beach and mountain views, as she is not able to walk the beach anymore. Such a great layout in the main living area, with living room and kitchen open to each other. Will be returning next year.

We had the best time! Perfect location with beach access directly across the street. Large beautiful windows in every room. We were a combined family of 10 and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy but the pillows could use some updating. The kitchen is large and fully stocked except for basics like plastic wrap for leftovers and garlic powder, but there are a few spices. We loved the property and will go back.
