“This is an older hotel, with Akzo large suites Werth balconies / or Sea views. Just a short drive from beaches and popular Ballito activities. The staff were welcoming and very friendly, while ensuring all my requests were taken care of . The indian cuisine served at the "Dine inn" restaurant is authentic and very delicious! Expect issues With water & electricity- these are issues common for the area and not caused by the hotel or the staff. ”

“We had a great stay 10/10. The property is positioned greatly. The room was nice and each balcony had gas grill for braai. They have all you need on site but there are restaurants close in walking distance and a checkers less than 5 minutes away. The staff is great. I’d like to specifically thank Sandra for finding an additional night for us when it became available. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and the fire works were amazing. “The Grant Estate (Eighteenth) is set in a beautiful setting close to the long beach. It has a lot of facilities on site ie: pool, tennis courts, club house with bar and restaurant. The golf greens are superb and are a pleasure to be around they are perfectly groomed. The apartments are very contempary and are beautifully kept. It was a pleasure to stay we only wish it were longer.”

“A few hiccups at the start of my first residence at Sala Beach House could have ended in disaster. But Henk, Thabo ( a great sommelier) and the efforts of the wider Team turned it round. So much so that I booked my next stay before i left for my Daughter and I!”

“Nice place to stay. Not far from Ballito and the beaches. Lovely view on the sea from the bedroom. Studio is very well équiped with kitchen, barbecue, Tv, double bathroom etc. Gavin was really helpful and gave us some nice addresses for restaurants. ”

“La piscina sull'Oceano e la vista dalle camere fronte mare sono meravigliose, il personale è molto gentile (ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito per le prime notti alla camera superior) ed essendo molto piccolo l'attenzione al cliente è sempre in primo piano. Di contro le camere standard non valgono il prezzo e la colazione non è all'altezza di come vorrebbe presentarsi l'albergo.
