Fuga da tutto a Brookhaven Resort sul bellissimo lago di Big Glen di zaffiro! Una delle cinque case recentemente aggiornate condivide l'accesso a 150 'di facciata dell'acqua, campo da tennis, campo da basket e barche a remi. Raccogliere intorno al focolare condiviso per s'mores e tramonti che si affacciano su Alligator Hill nell'area Sleeping Bear Dunes. 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno. 1 livello, si affaccia a ovest, alla fine di una strada tranquilla. 4 posti letto. Pallina da pickle e pallavolo.

1 queen e 2 gemelli. Cucina completa (senza lavastoviglie), griglia a carbone e tavolo da picnic. WI-FI. Nessun televisore, nessun telefono, nessuna preoccupazione in questa posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti dal villaggio di Glen Arbor.

Azionamenti veloci per le dune degli orsi addormentati, negozi, pranzi, kayak, escursioni e altro ancora. Il lago di Big Glen è ottimo per i bambini. Acqua pulita cristallina e nessuna caduta grave. Nautica, pesca e nuoto - godetevi tutti!

Sunsets, campfires, and breathing room

Beautifully maintained property. Cabins are simple yet cozy, many things provided and very clean. Just steps from the lake. Plenty of breathing room and a place for gathering around the campfire. Highly recommend.

The cabin was easy to find, very clean and organized. The views from the cabin and beach area were also amazing! It is also just a few mins from the town which was also a perfect little town for a weekend away.

Rocky bottom lake vs nice sandy lake

Disappointed in Lake bottom was rocky and extremely unpleasent to walk on thus we did not enjoy as we hoped. Extra fees for VRBO and "host" not displayed in property listing. Risk of 50n charge if incorrectly contacting property management

This cabin was just enough for our needs. We enjoyed the proximity to the town of Glen Arbor and loved the evenings on Glen Lake. It was wonderful to have unrestricted access to the lake with use of kayaks/paddle boards at our disposal. There were times that the lake was unexpectedly choppy and we were unable to go out (being amateurs). However, there were just enough amenities and toiletries provided for us to make coffee, cook breakfast and occasionally have dinner. The town of Glen Arbor also had an amazing farmers market that we probably should have made use of before going to the very expensive grocer in town. Overall the place was clean and we would definitely visit again

Reviewer Comments: Our original vacation rental, reserved through VRBO, was canceled on the morning we were due to depart due to a the car ferry to Bois Blanc Island breaking down. This was Saturday, July 3rd. We called Visit Up North and the woman we spoke with kindly found us a place to stay starting Monday, July 5th. If it weren't for Visit Up North and its delightful and helpful employees, we wouldn't have had a vacation at all. Thank you!

Family Vacation

The grounds were accommodating for our young family as we enjoyed fishing as well as playing pickleball. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed as we ate in each night. As a family we enjoyed being so close to downtown Glen Arbor and being on the Glen Lake at the same time. We also enjoyed the Sand Dunes and many hikes in the area. The only downside of our vacation unfortunately was the "swimmer's itch". Our kids got it so bad after the first day it was pretty unbearable for the next 3-4 nights sleeping and even continued as we got home. I think we ended up purchasing all the hydrocortisone cream that the IGA had available in downtown Glen Arbor. As it was no ones fault, it was just unfortunate situation as we didn't use the water after that first day. I would encourage other renters especially those with little kids to make sure to try and use all precaution before swimming in the Lake. I know as we grow older my kids will always remember this trip as the year we got swimmers itch. My kids have gotten it before but for some reason this year it was extremely intense. Lastly, the facility is great and it was so welcoming from the other renters as well. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at Brookhaven 3.
