Fuggi da tutto al Brookhaven Resort sul bellissimo Big Glen Lake blu zaffiro! Uno dei cinque cottage recentemente aggiornati condivide l'accesso a 150 'di facciata d'acqua, campo da tennis, campo da basket e barche a remi. Raduna attorno alla firepit condivisa per s'mores e tramonti che si affacciano su Alligator Hill nella zona di Sleeping Bear Dunes. 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno. 1 livello, esposto a ovest, alla fine di una strada tranquilla. 6 posti letto. Questo è un affitto sabato - sabato per le prime settimane estive.



1 regina, 1 matrimoniale e 2 gemelli. Cucina completa (no lavastoviglie), griglia a carbone e tavolo da picnic. WI-FI. Niente TV, niente telefono, niente preoccupazioni in questa posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti dal villaggio di Glen Arbor.

Veloce guida verso le dune dell'orso dormiente, shopping, ristoranti, kayak, escursioni e altro ancora. Big Glen Lake è l'ideale per i bambini. Acqua cristallina e nessun forte calo. Canottaggio, pesca e nuoto: divertiti tutti!

Summer escape with friends

Excellent location....met the owners and they were great and very caring about making our visit memorable. Beds and spaces were comfortable. Close to shopping in Glen Arbor. Only thing that was frustrating was the fruit flies. I guess it is that time of year for these to appear.

Rainy week

The weather was bad!! Can't fix that! It was a decent place. No AC and No TV! But they did have the internet!! The beach and toys and the fire pit are shared by all 4 cabins. Didn't spend much time in the cabin as it rained a lot!!

Girls weekend away

Cabin was as described on the website. A little cold when we got there but with a couple of space heaters and electric blankets we were good. Had a great time with friends. I would love to come back in the warmer weather and check it out.

Nice little get-away

We had a great time at Brookhaven. The property owners were very nice and accommodating. The cottages were quaint and comfortable. We loved the surrounding communities of Glen Arbor, Maple City, and Empire. Add in Sleeping Bear Dunes and all the boxes are checked. Nightly bon fires, s’mores, and star watching were extra-added bonuses. My only complaint is the tiny bathroom with no bathtub. It wouldn’t keep us from coming back, but worth mentioning. All-in-all I’d call it a win…

Fall weekend get away!

Everything was great except we arrived late in the evening and the heat was not turned on. Cabin did not heat up until into the following day. Only one extra blanket in the cabin. . So glad we had a couple in a car. But it was so so cold that first night.

Loved our stay!

We loved our week at Brookhaven! The cottage had everything we needed. It was wonderful having access to kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. We enjoyed having bonfires most nights with the other friendly guests. The owners of the property were also on site at their home during our stay and were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter enjoyed swimming out to the floating dock and back. The area has so much to offer! We rode our bikes on the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail, did the Dune Climb as well as some other hikes, took a kayak trip on the Crystal River, went to Traverse City for the day, and spent an afternoon at a local beach. The small town of Glen Arbor (just a short drive) had good restaurants, a grocery store, cute shops, and a beautiful park/playground. A heads-up that we would have appreciated: the water on that side of Big Glen Lake is very rocky - bring water shoes! We were expecting a sandy bottom. This was not a deal-breaker - we still loved staying here!

Great Up North Getaway!

Cabin was extremely clean, and well maintained. Enough room and activities on the grounds for a family of five. The beach area was very nice for children to adults. We loved the ability to use the kayaks and paddle boards that are located on the property along with the tennis court, basketball hoop and volleyball net! Can't wait to book this little gem for another family up north vacation in the future!

Color Tour Weekend

Every fall we come with a small group to this area for Color Tour which includes visits to wineries and miles of twisty roads and all while enjoying beauty of Michigan outdoors. Location and cabin itself are very nice and clean. Since we visited mid October, we enjoyed peace and tranquillity. We slept well since beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have a bit larger bathroom but we managed. Plenty of towels for six people. Located on a Big Glens Lake provides beautiful views of the Glens Lake in the evening. Fridge is great size for a family. The gas stove we didn’t use but it is clean and looks great. Somehow we missed information that the cabin is not really set up for cold days. Since the cabin has portable heater and a wall heater in the main room, we were warm enough and kept bedroom doors open. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
