I bought a suite room and way over paid for it just to have a fantastic experience with family and friends at the water park. I was told we would be able to “ probably have a room available at 1pm , and we would be able to access the waterpark 9am-9pm” so we showed at 1pm and was greeted with a disprectful lady at the front desk, Tina, who said “ I would have never told you that you could swim at 1pm”.. which she...
