“Worst place I ever stayed. Was put next to elevator and next to a collapsed ceiling. Had to listen to ceiling falling and stench was awful. Asked to move and was told it was sold out.
Also since we went through Expedia we could not be moved.
Asked for directions to local places to eat - was told well there’s a Chinese delivery otherwise not familiar? Really. No books in room or any maps of area. Was absolutely horrific.
The icing on top was the “working girls” that we saw hanging out. ...

“The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting.
Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location.
I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff.”

“La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo !
Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”

“The room was clean but it had the most horrible musty/mildew smell I think was coming from a dirty air conditioner filter we had to smell that all night long. The refrigerator didn’t work and the laundry facilities didn’t work properly. Although the room was clean I would not stay there again because of smell it can be good for a person to breathe that all night.”

“Staff was very nice and courteous. BIG issue was air conditioner in our room was totally malfunctioning! Oklahoma in July is no time for a broken AC unit. Moved rooms at 1:00 am in the morning due to just being HOT!! This made for very little sleep and a long following day,”
